I purchased my home in 2005 which had a basement with an existing Trotter waterproofing system. That year, with record-setting rainfall, there were some problems with water in my basement. Trotter... came out, inspected the system and suggested I supplement the system with another $6,000 in work. Huh?? Apparently I was confused about what a transferable lifetime guarantee meant. We then went into several years' drought, so the system wasn't a problem, but as soon as the rain returned, I had water in my basement again and a lot of it! I called Trotter again and explained I was giving them anther opportunity to make the system function as it should but was also shopping other companies. In the end, although Trotter reduced the quote, they still expected to be paid for additional work to fix the existing system. At that time, I also looked at AquaGuard and Everdry and after reviewing the systems and reading customer reviews, I was convinced Everdry was the best solution for my home. Everdry *removed* the Trotter system and installed an Everdry system. I have had the Everdry system for nearly five years now and have had no issues whatsoever. I no longer get stressed when it rains and best of all, I have a dry basement! Thank you Everdry!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Working with EveryDry was a pleasure. The workers were very courteous and professional and always on time. Never left a mess at the end of the day. They fixed the problem and with a lifetime... transferable warranty, I have peace of mind. Their price was competitive too! I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Everydry! Jody A.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Not worth the money and stress! Definitely get a second quote! The teams showed a lack of common sense and a disregard for doing the job the right way (the first time). They required extensive oversight from me. What do I know? Isn't that why you hire professionals? Example 1: Easy Breathe installation: Technician explained the need to seal all crawlspace vents. There was a vent that was difficult (certainly not impossible) to access as it was behind a wall. The tech told me he would make sure the wall was sealed vs. accessing and sealing the vent. Initially, I agreed (again, what do I know?) but then common sense won out and I questioned his reasoning. "Wouldn’t it be best for you to seal all vents so NO moist air gets into any part of the crawlspace?" He agreed and got the tools needed to access and seal the vent. Really?! You are the expert! Should I have to follow you around the crawlspace to make sure you are doing your job? Example 2: The crew initially began digging and implementing a solution that was not what was presented and agreed upon during our consultation. After the Easy Breath installation experience, my husband stayed home to watch over them and had to stop the crew (and crew leader) and course correct before they got too far (again, what do we know?!). They ended up giving us some money back for our troubles (~10%), but it was a stressful, miserable, and EXPENSIVE experience. It really makes me dread getting work done on my house!
Unfortunately when dealing with a home improvement project of this size and nature it can be a little overwhelming. We apologize that the experience you had was not typical of the feedback we generally receive. Everdry is truly committed to ongoing training and development of its employees. It is genuine feedback like this that will be used to continue our growth. As a friendly reminder, the system that was installed in your home is completely under warranty. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call Everdry @(678) 741-2900.
For 5 years we fought a losing battle with water in our basement. Since Everdry installed their product we havent seen a drop. The install was fast and the crew was friendly. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing.
Timely service. Saved my new hardwood floors from warping over time since there was moisture coming up from the foundation/crawl space. There has been no water detected in my crawl space since the system has been placed. I can actually now use the crawl space for garden storage now the mildew and moisture is gone. Very happy with this system.
My wife & I are very satisfied with Everdry-We have had some hard rains since they waterproofed our basement and no water or moisture. Thanks Everdry!
Not only did they provide a solution that fixed our water issues, the work was of great quality and they stuck to the planned schedule and didn't leave us with a mess to deal with. They did a good job of communicating with us before the job began and with follow-up afterwards.
Water intrusion was pushing our basement out. The Everdry system stabllized that and now our crawlspace is dry. By Happy Dry Basement
I thought those sales tactics went out with the 70's. Start out roughly double every other contractor and start hammering you with discounts until you agree. How about a fair price and solution up front without the games. How foolish would it have been to fall for it. Be carefull people.
For years our doors would stick during the winter. This year, no problems. Crawl space is dry and black mold is non-existant. Thanks, Everdry
So good to finally get rid of the damp crawlspace. They have a unique system that really works. The strange damp smell in my house has disappeared!
Thank you, Everdry, for seven years of having a dry basement. We look forward to a good rain now knowing that we won't spend hours vaccuming water. It is so good to not have that musty smell that we had for 25 years. We are well pleased with Everdry's solution for us.
I had a problem for many years and had many companies say they could correct the problem, but never did. Then I called EverDry and they did exactly what they said they would do, Correct the problem. Thank you Everdry.
They did exactly what they said--and that saying a lot these days, or maybe it always was. Good job.

Our wet, moldy basement is now dry as a bone mold-free. Had some issues with the initial install but Everdry was here when promised and took care of the problem. Three years later, the basement is still dry and mold-free.
