The salesman, Lee Cook, spent a lot of time explaining and then answering questions. That made us feel much more comfortable about the whole process. The installers were great. Jeremy, Bobby Lee,... David and Tyson were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. All of that combined with solid Trane products at a very good price makes for a great deal.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Reliable installed a Trane HVAC system for me 2 years ago. The installers were excellent and the service techs have been excellent. Pricing is fair for industry. Most recent Tech for regular... service was Joshua S. He was very professional, explained his work, and had excellent customer service skills.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We were at first VERY pleased with their professional advice, responsiveness, and expertise when it came to replacing our home air conditioning system. The workers who installed the system were likewise professional and courteous when they came to our house. Unfortunately, the job was never completely done, where the our upstairs venting system was not properly connected. That is where things went downhill. We played phone tag with the company, where we were the ones continuously following up our unreturned calls and messages. When we did speak to someone, we were told they would get back to us and yet again we did not hear anything from them. When I finally sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, and I received a reply saying they would like us to give them one more chance to make it right and they would come out and complete the job for free. Great! They did not show up for the scheduled appointment, and when we called, they said they would have to reschedule (this is minutes after they were supposed to show up). On the day we rescheduled, again no one showed up. We called and emailed and got no reply. In my opinion, this pattern clearly communicates that resolving this issue is not a priority for the company. It's too bad because we had such a great start, but I can't fathom giving any more of our time, let alone money, to a company when they simply don't seem to care about our time or business.

Thank you very much for your high marks for “quality” and “value”. We do appreciate the input and I apologize the follow up on the flue repair sullied the experience for you. It sounds like you were very pleased up until this point. We very much want to resolve any and all issues always and there is no excuse for the worker assigned the roof repair not showing up or calling in advance. Sometimes we do make a scheduling mistake and for this you have our commitment to strive to do better next time. The problem occurs when there is a very steep roof and the regular techs feel uncertain or unsafe to climb on the roofs and put the larger flue pipe through the attic. We only have a few techs brave enough to climb on the steepest of steep roofs and sometimes that causes a scheduling problem. The offer to not charge for the repair was simply a way of offering a compensation for your time when we failed to show up on time. You have 10 years of warranty on all parts and labor and a lifetime warranty if you keep a maintenance contract in effect after the first year of free service expires. I hope you will consider using this service as it is a true value considering the fact that your warranty will be in effect for as long as you own your system. Thank you for your business and your feedback. We use all comments to try and improve our process. Dan Jape, owner-404 626-2344 cell

Jake came out today (yes, on Super Bowl Sunday) to fix a DIY project that turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Not only did he arrive here fast, he explained my problem (old wiring and blown circuit) in a way I could understand. He completed the work quickly while also being incredibly personable. Need some electrical work? Jake Arthur at Reliable is your guy! Thank you so much for your help today, Jake!
Lawrence Overstreet was very personable, very professional and did an excellent job in a very efficient manner. Thanks Reliable!
Josh came to my home today to do maintenance check on my furnace. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. You are lucky to have him under your employment. I would like to request him to return for spring maintenance on my a/c! Vicki Cicero
I had Reliable come out for a winter check up on my furnace. I know nothing about my system. The technician, Josh S, was great. He showed me everything and was very patient and knowledgeable. I think the pricing was fair and I will probably look for Reliable to replace my existing system when I am ready because of my experience today and the recommendation of my coworker.
Forrest Paron was our Reliable rep and he did an outstanding job. He even still had our old records where we had gotten an estimate in the past as a reference. He was able to offer us a very good price, outstanding financing and immediate installation. Perfect!
Shemeta and Cory were very courteous and professional, helping us set up our thermostat so we could use it with a mobile app. We really appreciate it - been procrastinating in that department! I was surprised when she told me she was a trainee! She also gave a courtesy call prior to arrival.
Joshua Smith serviced my HVAC unit today and was super friendly and courteous throughout the process.
We had just purchased our house and had no clue on what was going on in our furnace and ducts but we were having sinus issues. I called Reliable, they sent Horacio Hernandez and Frank A.who did a wonderful job. They kept me updated on the procedure with before and after pictures of the process. They were very professional and respectful. I could immediately tell the difference in the air I was breathing. Thank you, Horcio and Frank. Thank you Reliable for employing such knowable employees. Our daughter has been very sick the past several weeks. She has had severe fatigue, nausea, headaches, stomach pain and shortness of breathe. We have been in and out if Dr. offices, emergency rooms, chest X-rays, ultrasounds blood work etc. Still no answers. On Thursday I had a routine maintenance on our heating and air unit. Brian Iannotti from Reliable Heating and Air discovered a carbon monoxide leak from the unit directly above her room in the attic! Because of Brian's thorough inspection of the unit he SAVED my daughters life and very likely my families too! Brian had immediately called Kevin to come quote replacement units. Kevin Corrick was quick to get over here and very helpful and caring! The ER confirmed she had been exposed to carbon monoxide. Our detector failed us and this could of been devastating. John Hall & Cleveland Davis came to do our install job. Can't say enough about how caring, hardworking and how they went above and beyond on making sure we are safe and at ease. They spent the day here changing two units and duct work. Brian came over on his own time to help in any way! They took this very good care of us and worked so hard! The Owner Dan went out of his way to give us a personal call! He was very Thankful our daughter was ok! Can't Thank all of you Gentlemen Enough!!!! Dan you have a lot to be proud of! What an AMAZING COMPANY!!! THANK YOU, Joe & Janine
Recently had Reliable come out to my home for a system check up. Deon T. was very friendly and explained my system and everything it needed (in laymen's terms). He even considered the noise while my 1 year old son was sleep. We definitely will use Reliable again and will request Deon T. as our rep. Thanks!
I typically am not very big on writing reviews. However, the level of service I received today deserved it. My tech was Lawrence Overstreet and he did an excellent job. He was courteous, punctual and well informed. Keep up the great work Reliable!
Jorge & Jesse Ceron did an fantastic job installing our new furnace and AC unit. We were in a unique situation in that our ducts go through the slab -- they tailored their recommendations accordingly and built a shelf under the coil unit such that the ducts could be cleaned (in the most efficient way) later on. I appreciated the forethought and will likely appreciate it again each time the ducts are cleaned. Horacio Hernandez & Frank A came several days later. They were even early! They cleaned the ducts quickly and thoroughly, checked for leaks and insulated the box built by Jose so that we didnt lose heat between the coils and the duct opening. They were all, clean, quick, pleasant, professional and highly competent. I would highly recommend them and Reliable Heating and Air.
We had our duct and dryer vent cleaned. We also had sanitizer applied. They were on time, professional, and reasonable. Our technician Josh was excellent!
