Jerry Hall, the owner, started in the HVAC business in 1980 after serving in the U.S. Army for 3 years. He built a company, All-American Air Conditioning and Heating, which he sold in 1997. In 2002, Jerry went back into the Comfort business, with the creation of Assured Comfort Heating &.. Air. In 2004, after having a few successful years, Jerry noticed that a National Guard Armory unit from Douglasville, GA was being deployed to Iraq. At this time, he decided it was time to step up to the plate, with no cost HVAC services to these brave families. Since 2004, we at Assured Comfort have continued to understand the influence that one company can have on the communities it serves. So we feel as time moved on, we have continually evolved into a community service focused HVAC company. We are active participants in the Soldier?s Angels Christmas Project; make regular annual donations to the United Way and the American Red Cross of not less than $500 each. We support Kate?s Club, a non-profit supporting children who have experience the loss of a parent or sibling, and The Department of Family and Children Services providing children in foster care with Christmas gifts in the five metro counties we serve. We staff our offices from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. We have operators available 24-hours to take your emergency calls and to dispatch a service tech any time, day or night, to take care of any unexpected HVAC repairs.
We repair all makes and models from Carrier, Trane, Lennox to Rheem, Goodman, Amana and all other brands. We recommend annual maintenance on air conditioning as well as heating. We offer same day service in most cases for repairs. We offer certified duct cleaning, HEPA air purification and attic insulation along with many other services.

I have had my HVAC serviced seasonally, Water heater replaced and recently HVAC replaced and every time the only company that I'll call is Assured. That have never disappointed! Service person was completely incompetent. They are only interested in getting a contract signed and could care less about fixing the problem. I have been a customer for twenty years. So much for loyalty Huh?

Have done business with these people for years starting with a unit needing repair in the summer. They always come when they say they will and always do a great job. I am also impressed with the way they help out families with members in the service.
We are very grateful to owner Jerry Hall who came with his technician to fix our air-conditioning on the Saturday of the July 4 weekend because it could not be fixed during the business day on Friday. This business owner really does care about customer satisfaction
We called Assured Comfort for service on our older AC. Before even inspecting the outside unit we were told we needed a new system. He told us all about the finance program and service plans. We weren't interested in doing that right away. After a quick look he discovered the fan motor was not working. I assumed this was the only problem found and was all we needed to fix. He quoted us $660 for a new motor and labor. We went ahead with it since this is supposed to be a reputable company. One week later the AC stops working again. They sent the same guy. Turns out the contacts were dirty. How could he not see that the first time? We were charged another $79 for the service call for something he should have seen and done the first time he was here. Then 2 weeks later the AC is blowing air but not cold air. There was no way I was calling them back. I took the time to educate myself on how the system worked and what maintenance could be done myself. After a new filter, cleaning the coils it came to either the compressor or charging the system. We called Arch Air to check it out. What a difference! He was very thorough. The old fan motor had caused burnt wiring. Assured Comfort tech should have seen that too. The new capacitor was now no good. Both capacitors and bad wiring were replaced. He checked everything out in the pouring rain and didn't overcharge us. Assured Comfort should focus less on selling new systems and more on hiring quality techs. Call Arch Air instead.
We came back from vacation in July and it was 80 degrees inside our house. We ended up having to replace our upstairs unit and Jerry recommended going ahead and replacing our furnace and having a heat pump installed. Jerry's guys were at our house promptly at 8:30 a.m. and did not leave until they were finished. It was in the 90's that day and they spent the majority of their time in our attic - I don't know how they did it! They never complained and took the time to make sure the new unit was cooling and working properly. Our new AC unit cooled so efficiently and reduced our power bill by at least $200. When winter came, our new furnace was so quiet we couldn't even tell it was running. Again, we saved at least $200 on our winter power bill. I will recommend Assured Comfort to anyone - they are the best!
When my home warranty company failed me and the company they sent out ignored me (see Arctic Circle Air). This company stepped up and came out the next morning with the evaporator coil. They got it installed fast and my air was working again in no time. Cory has been great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to all who will listen.
A/C out in the middle of this heat wave. Called today at 10am -got an appointment within hours. Lee came out, inspected to see if he could repair. Our unit is 22yrs old so we opted to replace, Salesperson is coming in the morning. Fast/friendly accommodating service so far, will update at conclusion.
Shem is a wonderful Technician! He came to my home at the end of the business day and happily assessed and fixed my AC issues. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and was more than fair in pricing. I highly recommend using Assured Comfort for any repairs!!!
Called at 4:50 on a Friday afternoon. By 7, they were here and 'fixed' my unit. By 7:30 it wasn't working with the same symptoms! I called and promptly got another technician. Luckily, the first technician just forgot to pull a piece of cardboard that said 'remove' from the new part . Without that being removed, the new part can't work. Simple mistake. Prompt call back. Pretty happy customer!
Had a problem with my system running all the time and unable to shut it off. Assured came and the Tech checked everything and then called for back up. He was finding something that did not make sense. Originally thought it was a coil problem but ended up being a mother board issue. Went and picked up the new mother board from the manufacturer and fixed problem that day. Still recommend them.
I am extremely please with not only the service but all the helpfull information and teachings the technichian gave me. He was very knowledgable and was patient enough to answer ever question and check out every issue I had about my AC unit. Thanks Assured Comfort!!!!
Called Assured Comfort for a quote on zoning a portion of my home and adding better filtration to 2 units. Price was 2/3 of that quoted by another company highly rated on this site. Was able to start the work the same day and finished the next morning. Workers were courteous, professional, and didn't leave anything to be cleaned up. Everything working exactly as it should.
Yesterday, we witnessed water dripping from the A/C in our attic and through the bedroom ceiling and air vent below. Today, because of Russell’s quick, courteous, honest and knowledgeable experience, we have no more dripping water – just nice cool air. Russell went directly to the problem, fixed it and advised us on how we can prevent problems in the future. He explained everything in terms we could understand. He quickly serviced two units and offered us a combined service plan that will save us money in the long run. But, he did not pressure us to buy anything! We are very pleased with the honesty, integrity and just plain old-fashioned GREAT customer service Russell provided. He is a great representative for Assured Comfort Heating & Air.
