When the Tommy Nobis Center embarked on an ambitious venture of electronics recycling to help clear landfills and put people with disabilities to work, Bardi jumped in feet first to help. Bardi funded a radio campaign to promote electronics recycling. Our technicians pick up donated electronics from homes or businesses free with any service call.
Bardi provides efficient service when you need them at the last minute. Their inspections are incredibly detailed. The staff is courteous and professional.
Gregory K just came out and addressed our concerns. This is the first time we have ever needed a plumber so we had no standard to guage. He was pleasant and I appreciated his teaching about other... problems we were having that could have gotten worse had we not done some preventive maintenance. Everyone at Bardi who helped us was great. Jeramy suggested several alternatives to deal with our problems with a range of prices comparable to or lower than other companies. He was flexible and responsive to questions. He worked after hours to get a crew together to replace our ductwork, which had been damaged by rats, and install a furnace around a holiday so we could have heat. Jeremiah was very knowldegeable and helpful coordinating the installation crew. Michael, Jose, and Charles worked long and hard in rain and cold weather to install new metal ductwork and a furnace, air cleaner and AC. They all really knew what they were doing and we would highly recommend them.
We appreciate that Bardi Heating and Cooling took the time to address our dissatisfaction. They have since rectified the situation and we feel much better. They stood by their 100% satisfaction guaranteed promise.

We value all of our clients thoughts and want to ensure 100% satisfaction on every call. I apologize that we failed to deliver the level of service that you felt would be commensurate with the investment charged. I understand that the following day you contacted other business who provided quotes over the phone without performing a site visit to see your particular situation and some of those quotes were lower than the investment we charged. At Bardi we have learned that it is usually in the customers best interest not to quote over the phone, due to the varying circumstances that may arise once on site. However, once we see the job to be performed we always quote the complete repair price up front and gain authorization to proceed before we do any work. This gives all of our clients the opportunity to make a decision whether to proceed with the investment or check for other solutions from different providers. After speaking to you, I was pleased to find that our Plumber did indeed follow our company process of quoting all work and gaining authorization to proceed before performing the work. As you know, all of our pricing is from a National Standard Pricing Guide which is designed to give our customers the final price, with no surprises, so they can make the best decisions on what they wish to invest into a solution. I apologize again that after the solution was executed you felt that the services rendered did meet the value of the initially quoted investment. Since your satisfaction is my #1 goal, we will take this opportunity to adjust the investment to what you feel is fair. I hope that you will see by our actions that Bardi is truly a company that will always follow its #1 core value of "Always Doing The Right Thing."

The service from Bardi was great, from setting up the service appointment with the office personnel through the work done by Chris H. Chris did a very thorough inspection of the heating unit and explained each step of the inspection. Chris is a very knowledgeable technician, and a very personable person. He represents Bardi very well, and I recommend Bardi and Chris H to everyone.

Chad Phillips epitomizes Service Excellence. He is knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the issue with our furnace, thoroughly explained and repaired the problem. He told us the price upfront and that was the exact price we paid and not a penny more. We will continue to do business with Bardi for all of our HVAC service needs.

We had Chad E. to diagnose and correct what another company had been trying to pass off as a "working" AC system for several years. He listened to our concerns (and rants about the other company!) and quickly pointed out where the other company had failed. He was efficient and thorough with his repair. Even though there was a small hiccup in the pricing, we were impressed with the work and ultimately decided to join their maintenance plan. We are 4 months into using our repaired AC unit and have had no problems since!
They are wonderful! Very responsive and friendly. Always available and accommodating! Also have one of the best maintenance plans out there. You have to have this company in your speed-dial for regular maintenance and for 24 hour emergencies!
Frank was right ON TIME (woohoo!)and during the service call, he let me know about several options I had. He helped me understand what I needed and the most affordable, SMART way to achieve what I needed.
