When the Tommy Nobis Center embarked on an ambitious venture of electronics recycling to help clear landfills and put people with disabilities to work, Bardi jumped in feet first to help. Bardi funded a radio campaign to promote electronics recycling. Our technicians pick up donated electronics from homes or businesses free with any service call.
I called Bardi on a Sunday afternoon when my furnace went out, they came out immediately and then ended up making 3 more trips to get the right part installed and get the furnace working again. Bardi provides efficient service when you need them at the last minute. Their inspections are incredibly detailed. The staff is courteous and professional.
Everyone at Bardi who helped us was great. Jeramy suggested several alternatives to deal with our problems with a range of prices comparable to or lower than other companies. He was flexible and responsive to questions. He worked after hours to get a crew together to replace our ductwork, which had been damaged by rats, and install a furnace around a holiday so we could have heat. Jeremiah was very knowldegeable and helpful coordinating the installation crew. Michael, Jose, and Charles worked long and hard in rain and cold weather to install new metal ductwork and a furnace, air cleaner and AC. They all really knew what they were doing and we would highly recommend them.

I have been working with Adam, service technician, servicing my home and business ac units for several years. This year one unit had to be replaced at my home. With Jeramy's, service specialist, sales assistance, it was easy chosing a brand, unit, and pricing. Winston and Adam professionally installed the unit. The were very quiet as there were folks home ill. Cleaned up after they finished. The pricing, warranty and Bardi's service was value oriented. I would recommend Bardi to someone that is looking for value, professional, efficient, locally owned and family operated, Bardi is the place.
I have been using Bardi for 15+years to do my bi-annual service. They are prompt, professional and do quality work. I have a home owner's warranty that I have to keep in check with their work on my air conditioner.

I have been using Bardi for the last few years to service my system. Chad came out today and did a great job, he took the time to do a detailed inspection and go over everything with me. I pay a very small monthly fee for this service and it's worth every penny.
Chad E. was very kind and professional. He completed my repair after thoroughly inspecting the AC unit and explaining everything to me. He gave me options for a maintenance plan as well as made notes to have Bardi contact me the next business day to schedule a salesman to come out to discuss replacing one of our units per our request. I chose Bardi because of Kudzu reviews and advertising on The Fish radio station. We have not had AC issues before so I can not say if the repair was a great value because I have nothing to compare it to but we did get a discount on the repair by signing up for the maintenance plan which we had been considering anyway because of the age of our units. Thanks Chad E. ... I will look forward to you coming to do the maintenance on our units in the near future.
I had just come off a not very good expereince with another company. Bardi came through with a quick appointment and a 2 hour window. When they knew it was likely the service tech couldn't make it, they told me well in advance of the event letting me reschedule plans. Chad E. was very instructive and informative and he worked quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Because it was they who shifted him past normal working hours, they did not charge an after-hours visit. I am most satisfied with the service. I have Air conditioning where for a week I have had none. I was especially surprised when he said I didn't need Freon - because in the past every AC company had said I needed freon on every visit. And he took special care not to lose my freon during his testing. I plan to sign up with them for my ongoing service.

My AC unit wasn't cooling at 9PM, and Bardi was the only company that picked up the phone on the first call and was able to send a tech out the same night. Chad P did an outstanding job, accompanied me to the roof of my condo building, examined my unit, explained the issue and gave me multiple options for repair. Excellent value, outstanding customer service, Bardi gets it. The were the only company that picked up the phone on the first call!
