We offer concrete leveling and lifting services now! Repair your sinking, settling or cracked concrete slabs with Our PolyLEVEL Polymer Injection Process in Georgia.
Does your driveway, sidewalk, walkway, concrete steps or patio have problem areas where sunken concrete has caused uneven surfaces and tripping hazards to form? It's a very noticeable problem that has a very simple solution.
Conditions where outdoor concrete has already begun to sink is not uncommon in Georgia and is often the result of shifting or a weak soil base or erosion.
There are telltale signs of Sunken Concrete:
- Sinking Concrete Steps or Sidewalks
- Concrete driveways and patios sinking or tilting down
- Cracking and sinking sections of slabs
- Washout of soils under concrete slabs
- Repeated cracking of concrete slabs
AquaGuard Foundation Solutions can fix your sinking outdoor concrete problems so you can enjoy your driveway, sidewalk or patio again without worry.
In the past, contractors relied upon mudjacking (also known as slab jacking, concrete lifting, concrete raising, grout pumping and slab leveling) to level concrete that had settled over time. This entailed pumping concrete slurry under the settled slab to raise it and hoping that the settlement wouldn't continue.
At AquaGuard Foundation Solutions we use PolyLEVEL, to lift concrete slabs to a level position with less weight and disruption than the legacy mud jacking or slab jacking process.

We had a front porch that had sunken. Cody and Kyle did a very nice job of raising it. They called before coming, were here on time, consulted with us every step of the way. Both guys were... pleasant, respectful, capable and knew what they were doing. We certainly will have Aqua Guard back again.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
It has been over a year now since our basement has been fixed by Aquaguard, so I can honestly say that their system works! Before we would get water in the basement during very hard rains and we had... a musty smell in the house. They installed the WaterGuard drainage system, put in a sump pump with a battery back up, drains outside, and heavy duty sani-dry dehumidifier. Now no smell and even in the hard rains we've had this past year, there has been NO water in the basement. YEAH!! I wish building codes in Georgia would change to make all houses with basements have the drainage system Aquaguard carries. It rains so much in the southeast, one is bound to have water in a basement sometime during a homeowner's lifetime. It was expensive and messy during the process, but totally worth it. I just wish we had gone with Aquaguard sooner.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We were very pleased with the service and timely work schedule. We hilly recommend this company. The sales person was extremely polite and was very knowledgeable about the problem we had.

Today we had 3 Helical Piers placed near one of the condo's in our association. The two men that did the work were very thorough in what they did. Both Ian Greenlee and Kyle Yonkovich were very nice and professional. Ian even took the time when the job was completed to look at another crack in another area I was concerned about. Everyone at AquaGuard is very nice and I have to mention Mike Lewis as he has answered many questions for me. Thanks AquaGuard. We would definitely use you again.
I recently had two services from Aquaguard and could not be happier! My basement leak was fixed by Gabriel and his team with efficiency, as well as providing the clean up they promised. My front brick porch was also repaired by Cody & Kyle who were also superb! Both crews were friendly, informative, on time and delivered services that were promised by Randy at our initial consultation. If you want perfection, call Aquaguard!
I had 5 piers installed on the front of my house. Ian Greenlee and Kyle Yankovich did a nice job of getting the piers installed with minimal damage to the foliage in the front of the house. Thanks, Jason B. Roswell GA
We had Aquaguard out to repair a sagging floor that stretched between two rooms in our home. Tristan Lane and his crew were prompt, efficient and very respectful. He explained the process every step of the way. The large job took two days to complete. The end result met most of my expectations. I would absolutely use Aquaguard and Tristan's team again for any other issues. Also, big shoutout to Tony, who initially scoped the job.
Aquaguard came out to install 4 steel rods into the foundation. Ian Greenlee and Kyle Yankovich did outstanding work above and beyond my expectation. They made sure my yard was put back in order by packing and racking the dirt. They swept the street to remove any dirt their equipment put there. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great job!
Yesterday, Cody, Matt and Eric visited our property to put PolyLift through its paces in an attempt to level our sidewalk and lift our front steps back to their original position after years of sinking from settling. They carefully created and verbalized an approach to accomplish the task at hand and in a professional manner, stepped me through what they were going to do and what they hoped to accomplish. 3 hours later, things were looking as we hoped they would after the service was performed. We still have some cosmetic work to do now that they're done, but overall, we're quite satisfied with the work and would recommend the service. Wish they offered the cosmetic services as well, but there's nothing left to be done that I can't handle once I get around to it. Definitely recommend.
Our experience encapsulating with Aquaguard has been great. We have an old house with an odd crawlspace layout. I'm sure it was not an easy job. Tony Roper handled the initial inspection and estimate. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. Tristan Lare and his crew did the actual work and they were awesome. Very professional. I'm still waiting for the first heavy rain, but have no doubt our water issues down there are taken care of.
Thank you Eric for helping us correct a decade long problem of settling and erosion sinking steps/driveway. Your crew repaired both sets of steps as well as raising a section of my driveway at least an inch. The only alternative would be to break up a major piece of driveway and repour which would not have matched. I can't thank you enough for helping us resolve an eyesore problem which was getting worse over time. great job!
Matt and Eric were very professional and detail-oriented! Russell (sales guy) was good at explaining things. The office staff did drop the ball a couple of times, but I am so thrilled with Matt and Eric and the final results that I can forgive the office staff. :) Awesome job, guys! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We will work with the office staff to get better at meeting clients needs. Thanks - Aquaguard Management
I had a great crew, Paul and Steve, who were very accommodating to me as I hung out with them most of the time. It was painful watching Steve use a hand shovel to dig beneath the concrete footer and Paul was masterful at working the bobcat. Sadly, the porch wasn't lifted an inch back to its original position, but I am confident that it won't sink any further. I have used Aquaguard twice already and could use them for a third project, but they are pricey which will cause me to get other quotes.
Our goal is always to stabilize the foundation. Sometimes, but not always we can lift the home back as well. We are glad that the homeowner will continue to use Aquaguard. -Aquaguard Management
I had AquaGuard install a Supersump Pump to take care of a flooding basement. My installers, Brandon and Ryan, did not take the time to do the promised preparations in order to minimize the incredible mess that is a result of jackhammering a concrete floor. Because of this, I was left with much more of a mess than I should have been. Pat, the general manager, did contact me and sent out an AC guy to check my units inside to make sure they had not been damaged. He also offered to send a cleaning crew, but it was too late - I had spent days trying to get the dust out of every nook and cranny. I have confidence in the product and the installation - just make sure they do what they say they will. Also, my salesman, Chris Eberhardt recommended TOM HORDOS, owner of CREATIVE EDGE CONSTRUCTION, for the necessary demolition/rebuild of the staircase and walls. The cost was really high, but I went with him figuring since he was recommended by a company like AquaGuard, I would get quality work. WRONG! The job he did was terrible - the quality of his work was subpar to say the least. I would never recommend him to do any work for someone. This is the second time I have used AquaGuard and will use them again if I need to, but I will be much more diligent in making sure everything is done as promised.
We continued to try and find a solution for the homeowner. Overall we did come to a conclusion that satisfied the homeowner. We have spoken to Tom H. about the issue as well. - Aquaguard Management
My expectations were too high because I read too many rave reviews. The job I had done by Aquaguard involved installing piers to support masonry that was sinking, as well as removing and replacing my garage floor. I was satisfied with that work, especially the concrete, but some important things ruined the experience. Superficial damage to walls and moldings resulting from demolition of the garage floor were not repaired until I complained, then a small but unsuccessful effort was made at improvement. The major disappointment was that during demolition, a backhoe bucket arm impacted the overhead garage door frame at mid-span, starting a crack in the brick masonry above. This crack progressed six brick levels above the frame and is still visibly widening. The Aquaguard promotional material states that "the customer will always be satisfied". I would add "as long as satisfaction isn't too expensive". They did not offer to repair the damage they did to my home. In fact, their opinion was that it was a minor item of no consequence, then there was no communication. The only reason I had this job done was to protect my masonry from cracking. They helped me with the spots I was concerned about, but caused another one. It is difficult to fix it and I am watching it in case it may become catastrophic. I expected worries like this to cease. As I said, my expectations were too high.
We have contacted this homeowner to resolve their frustrations and reach a reasonable solution. Thank you, Aquaguard Management
Matt and Eric came out this week to our subdivision's clubhouse and pool complex to address some unlevel sidewalk and pool deck concrete slabs, and did a very professional and thorough job. The sidewalks were previously a tripping hazard, and in some places were 1/2 - 1 inch off, and these are now level. The work site was left as clean (maybe even cleaner) than when they started. They had to cut their work short the first day due to a rainstorm delaying their completion, but finished the job promptly the next day. 5 stars Overall, and "only" 4 stars on Value in that I don't have other companies to compare with (as we chose AquaGuard on the basis of good prior recommendations) - but I'd say the cost was certainly reasonable.
Thank you for such a great review! We are glad that we could help you with your sidewalk and pool deck! - Aquaguard Management
