Choose Someone Else..., 3/04/2015

I found this company on Groupon to clean the carpets at my rental property. Avoid at all costs! I had an appointment for between 8am and 10AM. They called @ 9am saying they would be not be there... until 10 or 10:30. I said fine. I met them @ 10:30 and they gave me an estimate for more than the proposed groupon, but since they were already there I agreed. Their work seemed ok, but when it was time to pay they told me that their Credit Card machine was broken. Then they said that the office was closed on Saturday so they needed cash or check. I told them that I could either wait till monday and pay by CC or come back in a few minutes with a check. The guy "says he is the owner" told me that I was being unprofessional and that he could not wait. Further he demanded that he needed cash on the spot or he would call the police. I'm not sure what he was expecting, but I told him that he was free to call the police. 30 minutes later when the police showed up [ I thought it ironic that he could not wait for me to get a check, but he could wait for the police to show up] he complained to the officer that I was trying to steal services. The officer was not amused and told him that I indeed was willing to pay and he could either take the CC or wait for me to return with the check. He acquiesced and took my CC number for payment. The supposed owner of this company seems very shady and has no customer service.

No show, no class, 5/19/2014

After waiting several hours for JLS to show up, we called and were routed into a voicemail box. I left them a message. Several hours later, I received a call back to reschedule our... service. I'm sorry, but no. This is not OK and not a way to run your business. I should not be the one chasing you down. I get that things happen, I understand that some things occur out of someone's control, but you don't wait until 5 hours after the scheduled service to try to reach out your customers. I had to take off work, I lost productivity of my own. There was zero consideration. They seem absolutely unorganized. Perhaps more expensive, but I'll stick with the larger, more reliable company(ies) out there.

Great Tile grout cleaning

I had JLS Carpet cleaning and Upholstery do my Tile and grout cleaning. I was very impressed with the work. Jerry and Social did the cleaning. They were professional and courteous. Jerry took the time to explain what they had done on the first appointment. He told me the shower looks 60% better and when he comes back, to finish the cleaning, it will look 100% better. He was telling the truth. My shower looks 100% better. I never thought my shower and tile floors could look this good. My husband and I both say we will definitely use this

Choose Someone Else...

Excellent Carpet Cleaning

I had every room in the house cleaned for an excellent rate and the carpet looks brand new! The carpet cleaners arrived on time and I am very satisfied with the service.

Clean Carpets

Bought a groupon to have our carpets cleaned. They showed up on time, although it cost a extra $79 it still was 2x cheaper then what I paid before and the carpet was dirtier and look better. So overall it was worth it will use again and refer.

Best upholstery cleaning

I'have sofa and loveseat cleaned about once every 3 years. I wash chenille cushion covers in the machine regularly, so I skimp on getting the sofa cleaned. When I called JLS CARPET&UPHOLSTERY, the sofa frame was really quite spoiled. The technician, Jerry, had the cleaning equipment in truck and brought in a hose. He explained that his system, working from set-up in truck, instead of a portable canister, let him clean much more effectively,- more water pressure, etc. anyway, Jerry cleaned energetically, he really put himself in to the work, he just had a lot of energy. The furnitUre is still damp, but it looks cleaner than it has in years. I guess that's because of 2 things - good equipment and a dedicated, smart technician. Also was well- mannered and pleasant. Glad to have found this company and will request that technician again.

Absolutely irresponsible merchant

I purchased 2 livingsocial vouchers for a dela offered by JLS carpet. I set up 3 appointments with them. Nobody showed up for any of the appointments. I am extremely annoyed with these merchants and have wasted my money. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT BUY services from these people.

Professional Service!

We get our carpets cleaned every. 3 months by us having 2 kids and a dog. We typically buy specials but no company was worth calling back. Our carpets are not bad but we do have soiling and spotting. When JLS came out what made me notice or my wife was the steam coming from the carpets. It was shades lighter just watching. I like to let contractors do there work but he made me and my curious on why the cleaning felt so different, this guy Soko was great! Request Soko!

New tile floor!!

First I have to give credit to this company, my overall experience could not have been better. My wife friend raved bout her carpet cleaning so we decided to give these guys a shot for cleaning our tile floors. When the guy came out it almost seemed as if he making excuses for why the tile might not get as clean, but it was not the case after, it looked brilliant. Buying the sealant was a no brainer. The difference was amazing. Thanks Terry.

The worst company ever!!!

The worst company!!!Never seen such a BAD SERVICE ever!!!on my first appointment I was waiting for them for 4 hours and a technician called me around 9pm to tell me that he is 1 hour away from my house and asked me not to tell main office that he didn't show up and promised me to come next day which he didn't show up either.I called to the office and scheduled 3d appointment they didn't come again.I called office many times nobody picked up the phone.Next day finally I reached smn and scheduled 4th appointment but the service had never been done.To make story short after the 5th appointment my carpet still never been cleaned.I spoke to a manager who promised to call me back and he never did.Most unprofessional and disrespectful company I've ever seen.I would never recommend THIS COMPANY to anyone because they DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Very Impressive!!

This was our first time getting our carpet professionally cleaned thinks to a gift voucher given to us by our daughter. We have a spot cleaner my husband normally use. Our carpet guy showed up on time tried to sell us on preconditioning, but after his ability to make sense of it all, we did it. He explained how over the counter cleaners are basically a temporary band aid, making your situation worse later down the line. It was very impressive watching the steam, what took seems like 20 mins maybe, was even more impressive. Simple, great job!!

Not So Happy Holidays

Do not use this company. Apparently they are busy for the holidays and are too booked to provide good service. The fact that they were 8 hours late was enough for me to cancel had it not been for the Groupon deal I had already purchased. But the guy that is cleaning the carpet proceeds to argue with us on moving a sofa to get the spot underneath where something had spilled. They also gave excuses on why they could not get a couple of stains out. So basically they came out to spray our carpet with water. Thanks. The service itself was bad enough, but the unsolicited excuses about why it was bad did not help. This was not worth the half off discount from Groupon. You can't put a price on excellent service, and apparently good help is hard to find.
