Our house was built in the 80's and the master shower developed a leak-I tried to fix it and made it worse. We called Daniel at Progressive, who we had used before and he sent 2 guys over the next... day. Ken and Tim got caught in traffic but called to let me know. They came in, took out the old valve, installed a new one and cleaned up in less than 90 minutes. Will definitely use them again.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We've worked with Daniel for years. Called this am, Ken replaced our leaking faucet today. Great job!
I had progressive plumbing out for the first time when my pipe busted due to the cold spell. They not only helped out immediately and fit me into their schedule, but their service was outstanding. They came on time, were tidy, knowledgable, courteous and overly helpful. He fixed the pipe and also suggested a shut off valve and access panel to prevent it from happening again, which also saved me money, since I didn't have to pay for sheetrock repair. I would call them again, they have won me as a customer and I can highly recommend them
I try to handle some of my own plumbing needs, but often exceed my abilities. That is when I call Daniel Liebenberg at Progressive Plumbing. His work has always been fantastic. His prices are so great I'm always afraid he isn't making any money off my job. I trust him in all areas. When I'm traveling, I've left him with access to the home and have never had a moments doubt that he wouldn't care for my home as much as I do. His honesty, integrity, craftsmanship and care are beyond compare.
Had Daniel install a new Toilet in an upstairs bathroom. Daniel returned calls promptly, arrived on-time, professionally installed the toilet and was a pleasure to do business with. I can certainly highly recommend him for your plumbing requirements.
With just a few words, the only things I can say are that they were on time, pleasant and affordable. Say no more.
I had several plumbers come out to quote the plumbing on my master bathroom remodeling project. Progresive Plumbing did not have the lowest quote, but Daniel was the only plumber who took the time to discuss different options and the pro`s and con`s of each one. They did a good job keeping me informed of the progress and communicating with the tile guy and other contractors involved.
I got new granite countertops installed in my kitchen and bathroom. I was surprised to find out that it did not include the plumbing reconnect afterwards. They gave me the number of Progressive Plumbing. Joe did the plumbing reconnections and all works great. Thanks guys !
I had several slow drains in my bathrooms and finally decided to get it fixed. Daniel came out and took care of it. As a single mom, I can gladly report that I felt safe with Daniel being in the house. He even showed my kids some magic tricks and now they want him to come back! Thanks Daniel, you`ve earned my future business.
I own an older home in Decatur that has a personality of it`s own. Lately the drain in the wall of the laundry room would over flow when the washing mashine starts to drain. The tech from Progressive Plumbing replaced a section of cast iron drain pipe and that seems to have fixed the problem. He did warn me that we will at some stage need to replace all the cast iron pipes in the house. I appreciate the fact that he did not try and upsell the job by coaxing us to do it immediately.
The box at my water meter was filled with water and I called Progressive to come out, fearing I might get a high water bill at the end of the month. They emptied the box and found that the leak was on the city side of the meter. They wrote their findings on an invoice and told me to call the water department to come and repair it. Then they had the audacity to charge me $135 just to tell me it was not my fault ! I feel they should have sent their bill to the City. Rip off!
We charge a standard service fee to the person whom we deliver the service to. Your best option would have been to have the water company send out one of their techs (for free) before you called a plumber. It is for that reason that the water company will not pay us for our time out there when they offer the same service for free. I`m sorry for your loss, but I believe this clarifies the matter.
We have several rental properties in Atlanta, but we live in Greenville. The folks at Progressive Plumbing have been taking care of my plumbing issues for several years. I have found them to be on time, affordable and trustworthy. I've been forced to use other plumbers when they were not available, but never got the same dedication as I get from these guys.
I bailed out of my own bathroom remodeling project and looked on Kudzu for a plumber to finish up the job. After reading several reviews, I called Progressive. They came out, did it in no time and I`m back on the golf course on Saturdays. Thanks guys !
I called Progressive Plumbing in the morning yesterday after my main water line had burst. He was at our house within the hour, assessed the problem, and had a full crew out the next day. Did a great job, and delivered as promised. What more can you ask for in a plumber or contractor?
Daniel Liebenburg, the owner, was very responsive to my inquiry and submitted a bid by email that very evening. We had a complete bathroom remodel which involved tearing out the tub shower and installing a shower stall with 2 heads, 2 new sinks and all new chrome fixtures. Daniel has an excellent aesthetic sense, is reliable and is an excellent communicator. Will definitely use again if needed for ANY plumbing needs.
I came home on a Friday afternoon to a flooded garage. Joe was the 3rd and best quote I got to replace my water heater. He worked until 7 PM to get it done with no overtime charge. Cleaned up the job site when done and hauled off the old unit. I respect the fact that this company did not try to take advantage of my dilemma with it being a Friday afternoon. Such business ethics earns my future business. Thanks Joe!
When I called, I got Daniel's voicemail. He called me back two minutes later. I told him I needed a garbage disposal replaced, and he said he could come early the next morning. He showed up right on time. Unfortunately I had purchased a garbage disposal that would not easily connect where the old one did, and so it would cost more to put in. Daniel was booked the rest of the day, but suggested that I go buy one that would fit, and that he would stop back at the end of his day and put it in. I got the unit, and he showed up after his other appointments to put it in. He also did not charge me any additional fee even though he had to drive to my house twice. I found him to be very professional, and a nice guy that I enjoyed having in my home. I will definitely use him again.
A kitchen appliance was leaking and water was puddling in the basement, one floor below . Daniel arrived 45 minutes after I called. Diagnosing the problem turned out to be trickier than expected, but he persisted. He explained each step in the repair process so I would know how to prevent future problems. When I asked him to tackle a second, unrelated problem, he agreed to come at 7:30 the next morning. He got that job done in no time -- and fixed another problem he found (that I was not aware of) with no additional labor charge. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough -- everything I could want. I've found my new favorite plumber!!
