High Priority Plumbing was sent out to our house as part of our home warranty contract with AHS. The problem was not covered by the warranty so the company gave us a quote for them to make the repair (a leaking water main line between the street and the house). This was for an ACTIVE leak to the house that had caused our water bill to be almost $700. The tech said they could make the repair ASAP, he quoted us a reasonable price, and they even had a coupon for this exact type of work on their website. My husband and I then spent the next TWO WEEKS calling the company every single day trying to schedule them to come out to make the repair. Every day they gave us the runaround and promised to call us back to schedule. We never once received a return call (it has now been over 3 weeks). The last time I called them the lady said they weren't sure if they could even do this type of work. If that is the case, WHY did they give us a quote for it, WHY is there a coupon for this type of work on their website, and WHY didn't they tell us this immediately rather than over TWO WEEKS after they gave us the quote, during which time we have an ongoing active leak costing us money and causing secondary damage? The people I spoke with on the phone (daily) were very nice, but this type of customer service is absolutely absurd.
Had leaking pipe leading into water heater. Called Home Warranty and was referred to HP. John was even early for the window of time I was given due to a cancellation. He assessed the issue and had it repaired quickly. No more leak and dripping mess! Very friendly and nice :)
HP Plumbing was referred through my home warranty plan and I could not be happier with the timely response and level of service. Darin came sooner than the appointed time and handled my clogged sink quickly.
Priority Plumbing was selected by our home warranty company to check out a leak in our rental's bathroom. They were both prompt and extremely friendly (Chris Whitmore was the lead tech called out). Upon looking at the stained ceiling, they immediately determined that it was NOT a plumbing issue since there was no plumbing running over the site of the stain. The technicians then looked in the attic and confirmed their initial suspician that the leak/stains were most likely related to the AC unit or some other single occurring incident. They even offered to call the warranty company to switch my ticket to an AC unit so that I wouldn't have to pay the deductible twice. Overall th
Hello! why come to fix something when you don't come with the parts? Is it so much to ask what part/brand name/problem and come with what you need... (I waited 3 hours the first time they came ) The technician came and didn't fix it. Said he didn't have the part he needed. Said he used that part at the jobs earlier that morning. Then said he would come back. They never called to reschedule. So you have to follow up. The second guy came 3 days later... we waited all day again... He gave me a hard time about not being there since I ran out for a quick errand after waiting all day for them. Told him I'd be there in 2 minutes... He came to fix another problem - not the original problem that we called about. He said there's nothing wrong with the original problem & they can't fix it. They also refused to install something for us when I had told the first guy 3 days before. Don't waste your time waiting around for these people. If they know what they are doing, they sure are not showing it. They are unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Wasted 2 of my days waiting for them & they didn't fix the problem we original called about.
After giving me a way overpriced quote to repair a broken pipe under my driveway I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance agent needed an itemized invoice, as is standard policy when filing a claim for home repairs. After two weeks of daily calls to this company, High Priority never followed through with what they promised. This was a colossal waste of time. I called Xpress Drain Cleaning Services and could not have been happier with them. They came out the same day, gave me an itemized quote as requested. Surprisingly, the quote was over $1000 cheaper than what High Priority was charging. I can not attest to the quality of work done by High Priority, since I never had the chance to hire them due to their unresponsiveness. However, I can attest to their business practices and comparative pricing...both of which I found to be subpar.
I have had High Priority come to my home several times, the last being a new hot water heater. They are thorough, on time, courteous, and dop a GREAT job. The people I have worked with (Denise, Brittany, Gabriel, Ronald and several others) are very polite and GET THE JOB DONE. Barbara Foxworth
