We hired Paramount to complete a move in/move out cleaning on our property. Kevin and Camille did a great job. They showed up early, and our place was spotless afterwards. We need to clean our rental property, and we will definitely use them again for their cleaning services.
I am very disappointed. After confirming a move in cleaning last week for today by noon, I was just informed by "alvarez" at 12:02 that his crew called out sick this morning and they would not be able to clean my home today. This was AFTER he called me at 11 am to say he was in my neighborhood... I am not sure why I was not contacted this morning as soon as they knew they would not be able to clean my property. I have now wasted my morning as well as my opportunity to have my home cleaned before the moving truck arrives tomorrow. Not a happy customer...
Thank you for your feedback. We have sincerely apologized to the client both verbally and in writing. We had made several attempts yesterday morning to reach the client and we finally connected at 11am as we were driving to the clients house to personally apologize. Due to a sick worker, we offered to reschedule for this Monday morning. We have also offered the client a complimentary cleaning for the inconvenience.
I frequently travel for my job and I was referred to this cleaning service thru a friend. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I must honestly say the ease of scheduling, service, and level of professionalism from the staff was more than I could ask for. We were in need of a house cleaning service since out new baby. We found Paramount through a ad on Google. They did a great job and we now will be using them on a bi-weekly basis.
I live alone, well I live with my dogs, and I thought our house was clean until Paramount finished their work. It wasn't until then that I remembered what clean really looked like -- and now I know just how easy it will be to keep it that way in the future with the help of everyone at Paramount Professional Cleaning Service. It's the best advice my daughter-in-law has ever given!
Scheduled a 'deep cleaning' as I was hosting an event on Friday night and had overnight guests coming. Team was supposed to be here between 8:30 and 9:30 but didn't arrive until 10:45. I had to leave by 2:00 so obviously I was not going to get a full 4 hours. Asked them to start downstairs then move upstairs. After 3 hours they had only done the downstairs (about 1600 square feet). Sloppy, incomplete work - didn't even vacuum in the corners, didn't pick up even small rugs much less do under edges of large rugs. Didn't even ask them to do inside of any appliances. So, 3 hours, $175 for my stove to be cleaned, a half done vacuum job and dusting. I ended up having to have other people go get my guests at the airport because I had to clean the entire second floor and re-do what they didn't do downstairs. If you are considering this company, I will be happy to provide you pictures of their 'work'.
Thanks for your feedback today. We contacted the client at 8:00am informing her by voice mail that we anticipated a late arrival due to another sick worker on Friday. We only had her job number and that delayed communicating with the client. We immediately created a backup crew that at our best, arrived at 10:30am. The house was approximately 3600sq ft and just had the hardwood floors refinished (though we were not previously informed by the client). The client gave us 3hrs to complete the job which was impossible due to the fine dust everywhere due to the recent refinishing job on the hardwood floors and the size of the house. At 2:15pm, we had to leave her premises without a proper inspection for the job. If were aware of the post construction prior to the job, we would have recommended a physical quote, more time and more workers.
After having to cancel to due sick employees, the owner stepped in to provide the service herself to uphold her word.
Hired paramount to do a deep cleaning after a tenant had moved out. 2 cleaners and a supervisor showed up several hours late. I was starting to call other companies when they finally showed up. I left during the cleaning and when I came back they stated they were done. When I walked around the property to take a look I found a shower that wasn't cleaned at all, dust on counters/floors, tooth paste not cleaned up in the bathroom etc. I made them go back and properly clean the items I found and it took another 45 minutes. Overall they were slow and lacked attention to details skipping entire portions of rooms and acting like they cleaned them. I am not sure the point of the supervisor as he didn't seem to care about quality and making sure they were cleaning everything either. I wouldn't use them again as there are much better options available.
Thanks for your feedback today. We arrived late due to the previous job taking longer than expected. The client was notified of the late arrival and the workers performed as expected. As contracted, the client paid for and received 3 hours of deep cleaning services. Due to insufficient time and the condition of the home, certain details were not performed. After an additional 45 minutes at no extra charge, a final inspection and a written survey was completed by the client. We were given 4 stars and not 2 stars as posted on this website.
I have used Paramount many times and they always do an excellent job of cleaning, plus they are very nice to have working in my home. I enjoy their visits very much. Also, the management is easy to work with and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed very excellent customer service using this company. The staff who came to clean for me was on time, very detailed in their questions to determine what I needed done, and diligent in their work to get the job done. In setting the appointment, the owner/manager made sure to accommodate my busy schedule. Futhermore, after the job was completed, I received a call from the owner/manager to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. I was quite surprised and very grateful for receiving that type of attention from the company owner. I would recommend them highly.
I have used the service and was very impressed on how detailed the cleaning staff was. They were exceptional and surpassed any cleaning service that I've used in the past. I would highly recommend them.
I originally had Paramount come in before a family event, intending to switch regular cleanings to them. We had a couple of problems which showed up only after the cleaners had left. I traded emails with Paramount management but it got dropped and I did not continue service. Recently Kudzu prompted me to leave reviews and I left a belated review referencing back to those problems. I was pleasantly surprised when Camille Elliot made multiple attempts to reach me and sort out a solution. She proposed a much more generous solution than I expected (especially as it had been almost 6 months!), and was quick to react/enact at my convenience. She obviously cares about the professional image of the business and is working hard to make sure it is maintained. I would have no qualms about hiring them again.

I hired this company to perform a deep clean on my home after reading favorable reviews on Kudzu. The owner, Camille, initially seemed professional enough on the phone. I gave her the sq ft of the home and exactly what I expected (dust, vacuum, windows, appliances). She assured me everything mentioned was included in the service and that they should have no problem finishing the job in 2 hours. I met the cleaning personnel at my home, again explained to them what I expected and what Camille agreed to, and then left for work while the cleaning was performed. 3 hours later (and of course a hefty overage charge later), the “supervisor”, Albert, called me out to the house for the inspection. This company wants you to believe that a “supervisor” periodically checks on the cleaning progress, however, in reading others’ reviews, it seems this person, Albert, is the only “supervisor” and he was quite worthless. During the walkthrough, I identified numerous areas that were not only not cleaned thoroughly, but appeared not even touched (cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dust on the window sills. The toilets looked like they didn’t even lift the seats to clean inside and barely wiped down the outside. The wood floors were sticky and when I walked on them with socks, my socks were black. Albert’s idea of correcting any of these issues was, for instance, taking a dirty rag and throwing it at the ceiling to get rid of the cobwebs, or taking this same dirty rag to wipe down the b
After personally meeting with this client for the estimate, we scheduled a whole day deep scrub with three workers and one assigned supervisor. The house was approx 3500 and in dire need of a much needed thorough cleaning. We discussed our services which was agreed upon by our client, however the client failed to mention that there was construction work also scheduled in the home on the cleaning day. It was difficult for our workers to constantly re-clean several areas throughout the house and throughout the day due to the construction workers in and out of the house constantly. The most unusual incident of the day was that my client accused our workers of taking a lunch break and leaving the property. Unbeknownst to our client, our GPS tracking devise showed that they never left the property as they ate and worked due to the severe pressure to finish by our client. Our supervisor on the job as well as myself reassured the client that regardless of the situation, we would still complete the job. Due to lack of finances, we discounted the client and after seven and a half hours on the job, the client told the crew to leave and took off in their car without payment. We sent an invoice to collect payment and half the amount was mailed one week later. We didn't swindle the client, but instead, the client swindled us.
