Chris diagnosed our roof leakage issue immediately (where other roofing companies did not). He was able to have his crew perform the repairs quickly. This was about 6 months ago and we have had no... further leak issues.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Richard came out and gave me an estimate for a roof on my screened- in porch and a rake fascia board. He explained why it was higher than I expected, was patient and answered all my questions. Work... was scheduled, George showed up a little early on the day and worked diligently for 6 hours. No payment was asked for up front. I was happy with the work and professionalism.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
In our many years of being roofers in Atlanta and the surrounding areas, we have found that most of our clients do not have a pile of cash readily available to pay the cost of their roof repairs and/or roof replacement. Often, these...READ MORE »
I felt really good about my roof replacement from the initial meeting through the roof replacement. Our sales person Kevin explained everything, options, etc. No hard sell. I got three different bids and KTM's price was below the rest. The work crew was great. They wrapped virtually the entire house to prevent a mess. The roof looks great and I feel like I got a good deal at a good price as opposed to wondering if I was taken. Definitely recommend KTM.

I believe very high quality work was done on my roof. Kevin my consultant explained everything to me. Kevin was very thorough unlike what I was seeing from other companies. I can appreciate that because I really was able to get a great idea of what I was going to be getting. The work was completed in a timely manner. My property was left in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend KTM to anyone.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our new roof and experience with KTM. The roof looks fabulous and has received several unsolicited compliments from our neighbors. Looks aside, KTM's service was top notch and their price was very competitive. Although the job took longer a little longer to complete than planned, the trade off was high quality craftsmanship and installation which is okay with us -- and they left the property spotless. We are very satisfied with the high level of customer service. All concerns were addressed in a prompt and professional manner. In terms of our new roof sales and installation experience, we would definitely recommend without reservation.

I was initially very impressed. The appt was scheduled quickly and I received an email confirmation with the consultant's name and number. Unfortunately, the consultant did not show up for the appt on Saturday. I called the office and the consultant, and my call was not returned until the following Tuesday. I brushed it off as an oversight since it was a holiday weekend. When I spoke with the consultant he was very apologetic. We discussed my needs and he said he would call me back later that day to let me know when he would be available to reschedule. Never heard from him again. I just don't believe in harassing businesses to take my money, so I will not be calling back. Very disappointed. (Note - I gave a Poor rating for Quality and Service since I was forced to give a rating; however I obviously do not know the quality of the work since they never even came to my house.)

KTM had the edge the moment Kevin stepped into our breakfast room to explain the proposal. The quote was competitive and they were able to start the work sooner than we expected. They followed up on a couple of minor issues after the work was complete and assisted with a few routine insurance hurdles. We are well-pleased with the work (roof and GutterGlove)and their customer service.

I can highly recommend KTM roofing. As a homeowner seeking a complete roof replacement, I called KTM Roofing (among others) for an estimate. Kevin Creek arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional in his evaluation of my roof and his explanation of what KTM proposed as a solution. He thoroughly explained each step in the process of re-roofing a home and provided pictorial examples of past jobs to detail each step. He also took time to explain why KTM chose to use certain materials and methods and why others were inferior. He provided a proposal with a reasonable cost and no pressure. I was treated with respect and not pressured at all with KTM. Tim, the owner, called to confirm the delivery of materials and again go over the particulars of the job. The materials arrived as scheduled and the next day I met Edwin, the foreman, and his crew. Very personable and willing to answer any of my questions, Edwin was a joy to work with. I was surprised to see that only half of my roof was removed. Edwin explained that this was a two-day job and that they would not just strip my roof bare if they couldn’t re-roof it all the first day. KTM planned our roof job for a period of good weather but still took the precaution of not tearing it all off the first day. Everything was as promised. When Edwin and his crew left there was no evidence that they had ever been there (except the new roof!). I give KTM my highest recommendation.

I called several roofing companies in the area to get estimates. KTM did the best in explaining what the whole process entailed. They completed the work in a timely manner and left my yard clear of debris. I could not have asked for anything more from a company but honesty about their quality of work and a great price.

WOW! We got all Kevin, our sales representative promised in our new roof, gutters and Valor Gutterguard . We were really impressed with the roofers and the two who installed our gutters. Everybody was friendly and professional. The roofers stayed late and worked until dark to get everything weather tight in one day, including our large shed. Both crews did a very good job in cleaning up and making sure everything was complete. Thanks for providing us with a stress free experience in getting our new roof and gutters. Feels good knowing I won’t have to get back up on the roof to clean gutters anymore. This is our second roof and gutters on this house in 22 years and the improvement in quality and workmanship is amazing. Highly recommend KTM.

Tim's guys showed up when they said they would and pointed out some very serious stuff and charged me below the going rate to fix it. His guys left my property just as they found it, except they left me with a great looking roof and a good feeling about the contractor I had hired. Great company and great service.

My husband and I recently contracted KTM Roofing to replace our roof. They did a wonderful job. All the employees were professional. The quality of the job exceeded our expectations. After the job was complete KTM did a great job cleaning up. We were very pleased with the job completed by KTM. We would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you for making this so easy for us :)

Just had our roof done by KTM Roofing. This is an A class company. The work done was fantastic. The customer service was great and very professional and the price was right. They also installed gutters, gutter glove and down spouts. If you need roofing done at the right price with the right quality of work I recommend KTM with a heartbeat.

I got this company name from a Catholic bulletin, and trusted them even though their prices are higher than Hicks Roofing, PDR, Atlanta Roofing Company, etc. I had them replace my roof and installed new gutter system. They cut corners by sub-contracting my roof to a lower grade company called "Edward Construction". There was no clear communication with me on how my roof would be removed and replaced up front. As a result, the company cooked up the price, and charged me almost $2,000 beyond what was originally agreed upon. I found this business unprofessional and untruthful. This is the 2nd time I got cheated by a company from a Catholic bulletin. Do not become another victim like me and you will regret. After almost a month, there is a big slope on my roof in the front. I just wonder how long will my roof start to collapse. Thanks, Tony L

Tim McLoughlin, president of KTM Roofing Co., calls, discusses, and schedules full roof replacements with all customers prior to ordering the roofing materials and dumpster. There was no such request for a start time for that morning from this customer. When the installers arrived they started the work contracted. This home is being remodeled and is empty. The certified roofers who installed this roof have worked for KTM Roofing for more than ten years; their picture, in fact, is on the back of KTM’s sales vans which have full wraps and can be seen on our website. During the installation of the roof, the customer contracted a gable roof to be installed over the front door of the home; the company he contracted framed it up and left it up to us to roof it. As this gable is new and not included in our contract, Tim McLoughlin called the customer and let him know we would roof the added gable and only charge him for the materials needed and labor cost with no profit to us, as a courtesy. Since we did not order materials to roof the new gable, we purchased them, then made a special trip on a different day to install the roof on this new gable. We also contracted new gutters and installed them when we said we would. Afterwards, we inspected all of our work, which was found completed in accordance to KTM Roofing’s contract/standards and the manufacturer’s standards. Upon completion, we sent the customer an invoice for all the work, and we were partially paid. We were not paid for the extra gable roof work, nor the wood work needed to complete the original roof. There was extensive rotten and damaged roof decking; we had to purchase, remove, and install a total of 25 sheets of plywood @ $45 per sheet and 18 linear feet of fascia board @ $5 per foot, plus $369.36 in material and labor cost for the new gable, totaling $1584.36. Wood replacement cost is clearly stated in all KTM contracts. KTM has pictures of the wood work and completion of all work. In addition, we also installed new gutters and a new down spout on the new gable, not in the contract, and have not charged for these additional items.
