The service was professional. Herman even gave tips on what I could do in order to improve my draining and recommendations in my bathroom while I'm remodeling. I will repeat.
Atlantis Plumbing is willing to give estimates, without a charge. Roby completed some work today & I'm quite pleased. They are my plumber of choice.
I've had a recurring plumbing issue in my 1940's house for the past 6 months where a blockage of waste water was occurring. I had called a different plumber twice to address the problem, but he wasn't fixing the issue, so I called Atlantis. Their 3-man crew, led by Butch came to attack and RESOLVE my problem. For an hour, they scoped, diagnosed, and completely cleared my old, cast iron pipes. Upon completion, they replaced the toilet's wax ring, even re-calked it to the floor, and left my house as they had found it. They thoroughly explained the issues I was having. The Atlantis team is a professional group interested only in fixing the problem they're faced with, both effectively and thoroughly. I won't hesitate to call them again if and when the need arises.
The team that came out gave an estimate and I told them to do it. It was reasonable, they are professional and did a great job. I even got info on follow up care (mildew forming under my house). I would hire them again in a second, and even have a year warranty on the work done. Thanks guys!
The guys from Atlantis, Tim and Corey showed up promptly and quickly located the leak. They gave me a fair assessment of the costs and went to work to fix it. great guys. honest and dependable!!!!!
Jackie and his team did an outstanding job finishing my plumbing replacement project. I had mounted the manifold and run most of the PEX, but left it to the pros to remove the blue poly pipe and connect the PEX. Jackie and his crew were very professional, polite, and did a complete cleanup when finished. The next plumbing job I have, I'll request Jackie.
I needed a pipe replaced on a Saturday. I just happened to find Atlantis online (I had never heard of them) and called them, they were there within a couple of hours the very same day. Tim, the main technician that came was very knowledgeable, from talking with him he had a good deal of experience. He did a great job, he was polite and friendly, he answered any questions about the work (I like to learn about fixing stuff), and he didn't seem to care at all that he was having to do work on a Saturday. He got the job done and I feel like it's done right. I felt like Tim cares about the work he does which is also a sign of a good solid company when an employee is happy. I would recommend them and based on my experience today I will use them from now on. I've use Mr.Plumber the past and I never will again after today. Shawn
When we discovered a water leak and began searching for plumbers I soon found that many companies charge for even an estimate! Wanting several estimates for such a large scope of work this started out bad. Three well known companies came out- two were a joke. Atlantis was the second one and I felt very comfortable with the estimators expertise and was told that he would be the one performing the work. The crew had to tear out new landscaping and bring in heavy equipment for my repair but at the end of the job it was picture perfect once more - and I paid exactly the amount they quoted! Awesome!!
Austin did a great job today - after struggling for months with slow sink drains in the bathroom..countless snake attempts, plungers etc ...Austin found the difficult to reach clog and got it out of our 40 year old pipes in about an hour... Atlantis came to the house less than 24 hours after I called and got it fixed!
I got a quote from one of the big companies just to clear my sewer drain during the day at $450.00. That was over my budget, so I tried to snake the clog out myself to no avail. So, I called a few more plumbers. No one would even give me a ballpark estimate until I talked to Wayne at Atlantis. He was already looking at the layout of my property online as we talked, and he quoted me over the phone! He stuck to his quote of $300.00 to not only clear the drain, but to use a camera to determine if there was an underlying issue. And it was an after-hours job for them. Terry and Jonathan were the guys who came out. They were very professional and personable. They let me watch the whole process, and explained everything they were doing. They also answered all my questions! And they even happily went above and beyond by reconnecting two of my toilets which I had displaced while trying to fix the issue myself. I would recommend these guys and Atlantis in general to anyone. These guys should be the model for all other plumbing companies. They treat their customers with respect, and they are happy to share their knowledge. I also felt they were very resourceful both in quoting me and in performing the service. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
My approx. 100 year old home, in Decatur, always needs special attention. Luckily I think I finally found the perfect plumber, Jon Camp. He replaced the main water line to my house and finished ahead of schedule. He even took the time to carefully cut into my grass and peel it back to save my lawn. I really appreciated the extra time and attention to detail. My take on Mr Camp: A plumber that will take emergency calls, manage my expectations, finish on-time and do quality work at a reasonable price. I'm sold!
A polite, punctual plumber, Thorsten, quickly assessed a cracked sewer pipe as the cause for water in our basement. He took the time to explain the cause, answer all my questions, and provide a written quote. Since the pricing was competitive, I had him install a faucet inside prior to beginning the sewer pipe replacement. He completed both jobs with excellent results, and cleaned both areas. I'll definitely use Atlantis Plumbing again, based on Thorsten's superb service.
Thorsten was very knowledgeable, diagnosed our issue quickly, and was punctual in his arrival. Would definitely use this company again.
Had leaking garden tub. Atlantis came out same day and did a quick and easy repair. Tim and Josh Robinson in Marietta, GA are the best!!
Herman, Jason and the crew handled the total replacement (both under our house and underground to the street) of the original cast iron sewer pipe (installed 1963). They explained in great detail every step of the process. We'd recently had another company encapsulate our crawlspace and were worried about the damage the encapsulation material would suffer from the pipe removal and replacement. The crew made sure to keep everything in the same pristine condition they found it in and when they left I could barely tell any work had been done in the crawlspace (a good thing). Atlantis also replaced the pipe to the road using a pipe bursting method that spared our yard from any damage except a small portion of sod that was carefully lifted and replaced after the dirt was filled in. They did everything they could insure that the grass would recover in good time. I highly recommend this company and the crew of experienced plumbers for any type of plumbing repair, inside or out.
We recently had David come out and re-plumb our master bath as well as install the plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. We would use him again anytime we have a plumbing issue.
Had tree and shrub roots in 2 places in the sewer line. Herman and Jason used the camera system to accurately locate the roots and they double checked for accuracy. They encountered problems such as a large tap root that cracked the original PVC pipe which allowed shrub roots to enter the pipe. The job was difficult to do and they kept at it until they finished the same day. I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which these men worked. They showed up on time and had all the tools they needed. Herman was expert on the small backhoe. They stuck precisely to the estimate. The estimate was VERY reasonable and competitive in pricing. Even though they ran into problems with the large tree root and it took 2 extra hours to repair the 2 root clogs, they didn't charge one penny more than the estimate. I am 1000 percent happy with the repair and can highly recommend Atlantis and especially Herman and Jason. They are the absolute best.
I needed a gas line test and they came out and told me my lines would not hold pressure and for $845 they would replace the lines in the house. I got a second opinion and a county inspector to look and it held pressure no problem. I think these guys are con artists.
Mr. Walters needed a gas test. He made an appointment and scheduled a call. He was not available on his phone for the entire day, at one point he acted like he never called a plumber. At 5 PM we arrived at his rental house to do a pressure test on his natural gas piping. We used an air compressor to pump up the lines and identified multiple leaks. The house also had thread protector coupling on the gas pipe instead of tapered couplings.Non tapered coupling do not seal and are illegal, they are for protecting the pipe for transportation only. The county requires a licensed plumber to sign off on the gas piping as being safe, installed properly and that the line will hold 15PSI of pressure. The county inspection does not mean anything, the county is indemnified against any responsibility, the plumber is responsible for looking over the gas system. I called the plumber that supposedly did the work and he said he had no idea about the job. Mr. Walters sent a paypal receipt for $275 from a plumber. No description of what was done, no description of $125 for county inspection, might have been an ebay purchase. The house is a rental and the fuel system needs to be safe. I am not signing off on his old, improperly installed and leaking piping without correcting problems. Mr. Walters as a property manager is only looking at cost and does not care of the finished product or even if it is safe. Even though Mr. Walters did not pay a penny to Atlantis Plumbing, I will gladly go out there for free again and meet with him onsite and look and see if the problems were fixed. Maybe the plumber performed an air test, fixed the leaking joints, replaced the thread protector couplings and paid for the county inspection for $75 labor for the whole job. Why not leave a praising review for the plumber who solved your problem for so cheap and only leave a bad review for me. You only complain and don't give an praise? Call me if you have an issue with your free estimate or you would like to meet onsite with or without the gas company (and the tenant) to determine if the system is safe.
