I called Reliable to have our lighting fixed in our master bathroom. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional. She scheduled a tech to come out to our home the very next day.... The two men that came out today to fix our lighting, Justin and Justin, were also very polite and professional. Before they started the work they explained the process of fixing the issue and pricing. They were knowledgeable and had our lighting fixed in no time. Additionally, they were both very nice and sweet to my 5-year-old son and our dog. I was very pleased with the service from scheduling the appointment to the actual work being completed and felt the pricing was very fair.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Brett Kremple & Eric Schoener did an excellent job while working at my home. I really appreciate them be so thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
Moving to Dunwoody from Boston and had Justin review the electrical system in my recently purchased 45 year old ranch. His knowledge was exceptional and explanations concise and helpful. Very happy with my first experience with Reliable.
Follow up July 11- on 4th visit to install insulationand equipment issues again. Just left to get rental to try and finish. No one from office has ever called to discuss quote adjustment, guess that means I will use my own judgement which I will be at least $100/day or more. Have a call into Dan jape. If they don't finish today there will be no payment. Dan, if you don' t think that is fair, let me know. It is almost to the point of time for you to write off the entire job. Going to post experience on Facebook now****final update- no power for blower. Done.
I am very happy the install of your new system went very well and you are pleased with the results. I apologize the insulation portion spoiled the experience as it is usually the easiest and most simply part of the job. There are two different divisions that do this different work and the insulation trucks get very busy in the summer. This is not excuse to not being on time. If you will let me know who you are and your address, I will have our maintenance department extend your service agreement a full additional year to help compensate you for the inconvenience of waiting for the insulation crew to complete the job. Thank you for your patience and for your business. Dan Jape, owner. Cell 404 626-2344
Thomas Spires is the plumber to ask for when you call Reliable for plumbing work. Professional, hard working, honest, a perfectionist... He's the best! He replaced a worn out kitchen faucet that was just awful to get out,in a very awkward small area and it took some real elbow grease. He installed the new Moen faucet we bought and made sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction (water temperature, pressure, etc.). I will always ask for Thomas for all our future plumbing issues. Thanks Thomas, the faucet is working great!!
I had John and Stan from Reliable out to inspect my house's plumbing. They were real professionals, who walked me through each item. They even explained how I could make some of the simple fixes myself, instead of trying to sell me work that I didn't need. I really appreciated that type of honesty. The following week, John and Stan came out again to replace the old hot water heater in the house. Again, they were prompt, thorough and overall professionals throughout the installation. At the end, they walked me through what they had done and showed me how to operate and perform preventative maintenance on the system. I have been really impressed with Reliable's plumbers and highly recommend them!
When my 20 year old system quit, Reliable was quick to send a salesman out and was very competitive on the price. Installation team (Jamal) did a great job and went the extra mile to complete a challenging install in one day. Highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air.
I chose Reliable to repair my air conditioner since they service our Neighborhood clubhouse. I won't make the same mistake again...The technician did show up during the time promised and diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor and wiring, replacing both without talking with me first. After finishing the unauthorized work, he came in a presented me with a bill of almost $300. Less than 48 hours later the air conditioner quit again. It was going to be 6 days before they would come out to diagnose the problem. After my serious complaint, they did better that by 2 days. The diagnosis; my condenser needed replaced. The service technician was a bit on the rude side the moment he walked in the door so not being a happy camper I may have been rude right back. I asked for a quote but did say I was going to get a second opinion. Today being Tues, I am still waiting on a copy of the service call (as promised) and a quote for new system. I not only will not use this company again but am recommending that our neighborhood switch as well. (we had issues with their installation of a new system too) Thermostat was wrong so heat wasn't on and broke pipes)
I apologize the level of service fell short of your expectation. I am not sure why the tech was short with you, but it sounds like possibly there was a personality conflict between both of you which happens sometimes. The techs are worked hard this time of year and spend 6 days a week, 12 to 14 hours a day fighting broken a/c units in the extreme heat and sometimes when a customer is rude as you stated you were, they give it right back instead of taking it. The service techs are working all day with people that have broken a/c units and they receive a large amount of verbal abuse and rudeness that sometimes gets the better of them. I apologize he was not more understanding of your situation. Thank you for your feedback. Dan Jape, owner.
I can't rave enough a/b the team from Reliable Heating & Air (Joey, David, Larry & Nathan). They are punctual & professional. They strive for the best results from their work. In addition to which they are genuinely nice people. They really aim to please & they do. We recommend this company highly. We give them 5***** on all counts...quality, service & value. Vic Mitchell
I experienced something over the last two days that you just don't see very much anymore, that being exceptional customer service. And I should know, because i myself have been in customer service over the past 28 years. CHUCK KISER and JEFF COLLIER are by far two young men I'll not soon forget. They were: R-espectful of me and my home, they E-ducated me on my new a/c systems L-istened to me when I had questions, then answered them, and I-nstalled my new units in no time at all. A-s service/install technicians go, these two guys deserve B-onuses, because they care; they care about the L-evel of expertise they provide, and they care about each and E-very customer being completely satisfied with their work.
Our old AC finally bit the dust last week. After we researched, priced, and interviewed 6 different service vendors we decided on Reliable. Investing in a new AC & heating system is a major purchase and we believe in doing our homework. Simply stated, Reliable overall offers the best combination of price, quality, warranty, and professionalism. Our install team (Randy Fitch & Andrew Murphy) showed up on time, reviewed our work order, explained the install process, and got to work. Any questions I had were answered courteously and with enthusiasm (these guys like their work and it shows). The Reliable team had our AC and furnace installed in no time and our house was cooling down before the left the driveway. Thanks Reliable!
Sam Hodge & Derek installed a new conditioner in our home on July 1st. They were very knowledgeable and courteous I would highly recommend them.
Service Technician, Conner Morris came out to perform the 1st bi-annual checkup. He was very pleasant, clean cut and professional. He did a thorough check on my Trane unit and a courtesy check on the other two units, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Reliable.
Contacted Reliable Heating & Air on Tuesday morning tech came out that same evening, outside unit threw a fan blade & possibly burned out the compressor. Called Wednesday morning to set up an estimate for new system. Lee Cook came out and inspected our old system then explained what the minimum equipment that would be needed to be replaced. He explained different options from questions we had asked, then we decided on the Trane XR13 high efficiency 3 ton all aluminum coil Air conditioner and XV80% afue BTU variable speed gas furnace. Initially would not be able to install new system until Sat. Lee called that evening evening and said they had a cancellation and would be out Friday morning at 9am. Lee Bass & Brandon Qualls came out to install our new system. They had the new system installed by 5pm. We could not be happier with Lee Cook for explaining the different system combinations and the installers Lee Bass & Brandon Qualls for putting in the system checking it out and cleaning up after. Plus we get our $89.00 service call fee refunded to us. John & Sherri
Arrived at my house, disabled a working air conditioner. Said they were giving me a free cleaning. Then charged me 2500.00 for a new unit. WATCH OUT.
Thank you for the three stars in quality. You purchased a furnace from us for your rental property last year and we included a free two visit contract with that purchase to provide routine service to the new furnace and the old cooling system that was original to your home. When we came to service your a/c this year, your new furnace was full of water in the control area and the shelf between the burners and the furnace blower. This happens when the cooling coil is rusted out and develops a leak in the water pan. Your tenant was shown the water leak and the rusted out cooling coil. We also took pictures so you could see the damage since you live far away. The a/c was turned off to keep the new furnace from being shorted out by the water leaking. We offered to simply leave you’re a/c running if you so desired but we could not warranty any parts in the new furnace ruined by the leak. You also could have bought a new a/c from anyone in the area, but you requested to have a new a/c and could installed by Reliable which we did for $2500.00 and we did it right away so your tenant would not be comfortable. The price we charged is $300.00 less than our standard price and we offered your tenant a Sunday install. Since then you have harassed us tirelessly over the transaction and called us every name in the book. We did not break or rust out your a/c, only time can do that. It appears you just are not happy you had to buy a new HVAC system for a rental property, but that happens after 20 years. Thank you for your business and for your consideration of your tenant to not have them suffer in the hot Southern summer. I do not see how we "scammed" you at all. Dan Jape, owner
I had what I thought was a defective outdoor spigot that had been leaking for a long time but your tech Thomas S. and his helper determined that it was just a loose fitting that needed to be tightened and is now leak free and didn't need to be replaced after all thanks to Reliable !!!
Glen, Belter, Blaine, Zach, and Joseph stepped up and beyond enhancing and sealing up our attic and crawl space for the 70% of the price a competitor wanted just for the crawl space, they were professional, clean, on time, and did what it took to get it done on time, one neighbor commented that the entire Reliable Team must have been at your house today, she stopped counting at 5 trucks. Thank you Reliable for honoring your word and standing behind your work.
Set up a routine maintenance on our A/C unit. Rachel White called on a Sat to confirm our Monday apt. It reminded me of the apt. (which I had forgotten about). That much focus on customer service was impressive. Sam Howell was my tech, and like Rachel promised, he called when he was enroute. Sam walked me through all the steps he took to clean and examine our unit. I was able to pay the bill on his tablet and get an emailed copy of the receipt with no paper clutter. Great experience all around! I will definitely use them in the future.
