Reliable Heating & Air sells Energy Star rated equipment and recycles several tons of metal, steel, aluminum, copper, and cardboard each week. All r-22 (Freon) is recovered and turned into an EPA reclamation facility. All new equipment we sell and install uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a. Our technicians are EPA certified and trained in the proper handling and disposal of the HCFC R-22 (Freon).

I would HIGHLY recommend Reliable H & A to anyone who is in need of Heating and Air Conditioning service. Installers, Jorge and Jesse Ceron went out of their way to make sure I had heat and a/c... and they promised they would not stop until they got my heat and air working. What was normally a 2 day task for a whole system replacement, these men got it done in about 10-11 hours. Not only did they replace the old system, they had to remove it from the crawl space it was in and relocate it inside my garage to make it easier for me to access. These men worked extremely hard and long hours to make this happen. I would like to say "Thank You very much Jorge and Jesse" for a job WELL DONE! Jorge and Jesse recently installed a new heating and air system in my home and they did an excellent job. Jorge and Jesse were professional, friendly, and very hard working. I really liked how they included me in the entire process by explaining the work they were doing and how everything would function. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air, especially Jorge and Jesse.
I left a review about a week ago regarding problems I had with calling and scheduling service for a new Trane unit that had a leaking evaporator coil. The company did eventually take great care of me, but that was after having appointments scheduled on the wrong day, or being cancelled without calling me to let me know. In the end, they sent out a phenomenal service technician named Chris Hamrick who stopped at nothing to help solve my problems. I have never met anyone in this business with a higher work ethic. I feel I can continue with this company in the future without fear as long as the people answering the phones and making scheduled services get their act together.
Justin Hall and David Unitt replaced some GFI boxes and troubleshooted blinking lights for us. These guys are top notch and proved to be not only knowledgeable about electrical issues but also committed to making sure that we were 100% satisfied before they left. Their care and concern for the customer showed every minute they were here!
We have used them a couple of times for plumbing and once for heating and air. Each was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always willing to go the extra mile while not charging for more than you agree to. Thanks to Thomas.
Taylor Dean and Victor Croft did a fantastic job installing my tank. They were very thorough and gave me a wealth of information on the maintenance. Their night was late (after 12 midnight), but they did their work with pride and a smile.

Upstairs unit stopped working on Saturday night. Called the helpline Sunday morning and they had Freddie Scott at my house by 2:30 Sunday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and indicated that the office would call to schedule a time to install the part. Very professional, very prompt and a good representative for the company.
Paid a $90 service charge for the gentleman to do nothing more than come out and tell us to replace both units. He didn't stay more than 10 minutes, and whenever my wife tried to ask questions, he repeatedly dismissed her for being a woman and said that he wished her husband was there so he could discuss it with him instead. He said that he would provide a detailed report, but that report was merely a 1-line summary that said "replace the units". I expect a little more attention and a whole lot more courtesy from a service call. UPDATE: After writing this review, we were contacted by the company because they wished to make things right. A new senior serviceman was sent out (at no charge) and he did a fantastic, thorough, professional job. He answered all of my wife's questions and was able to extend the life of our units without much additional cost. At this point, I'm inclined to believe that our first experience was merely with a bad serviceman and was not indicative of the entire company.
I called Reliable because our downstairs A/C stopped working. Henry Lawrence arrived promptly on the day scheduled and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Henry was very courteous and professional. Outstanding job. I will definitely be using Reliable in the future.
Several times during the last 6 months I have filled out a sheet of paper inside the Lowes store in Marietta Georgia for a man claiming to represent Reliable Heating and Air. The paper indicates that I need a quote for the replacement of a furnace and air conditioning unit. I have received -0- calls for a quote and once I chatted online with a representative and I still never got a quote. I have called several times and the phone went unanswered. I'm assuming the representative at Lowes is genuine but what has happened to my contact information? I have since contracted with another company and had my heating and cooling system replaced.
I do apologize that you did not receive a call back. I can only believe there was some kind of error or wrong number situation since you mentioned you called and the phone was not answered. We have people in our building 24 hours a day everyday of the year to answer the phones. We do not use a service or a machine, so there can never be a time our phones are not answered. The Lowes system was recently updated and there were some occasions were the inquires were not forwarded to us to make contact with potential customers, but if you called here directly there is always someone available. Today was our first day joining the Relaiable Heating Air family. We were blessed to have been giving great service by Michael Cagle, Michael Purkey, and Jeremy McClain. The air is blowing very strong and cool. Thanks a lot guys for your servicing my family & I today.
Tammi at the service center was very understanding of my situation and scheduled Timothy Pomella to take a second look at my unit. He shared with me that he reviewed and was apprehensive about taking the service call. We talked and he sympathized with my situation. He noticed my system was low on freon. He made a call and explained my situation for a complimentary service approval. Two hours later (couple of pounds of freon, capacitor, & batteries), my system was up in running and restored to its pre-inspection condition. Overall, I think Reliable is a good company that works hard to please its customers as evidenced with Timothy. He went above and beyond and most certainly deserves recognition from the higher ups who read this attaboy. I'm glad my system is functioning, but am concerned that the maintenance was not properly performed because Timothy identified a number of obvious things that should've been easily detected by Wayne. Tim just inspected the outside unit, which leaves concern about the evaporator. Maintenance money well spent?... not so sure, but I am happy that Reliable made it right. My house needed more. There were a few locations that were cold or hot depending on the season. Lee did a fantastic job to recommend a larger supply line and extra returns to solve the problem. Raul, Harold, Ray, and Frankie installed the system to perfection. This company solves your problems and does more than just sell you a replacement for what you already have. We could have just bought a larger unit from the other guys, but then we would have had the same problem.
My wife and I purchased an HVAC maintenance plan from Reliable for the house we had just bought. The system was pretty old when we moved in so we figured some maintenance was in order. Our technician, Keith Jones (or KJ as he is known), arrived on time. He introduced himself with a firm handshake and went to work. He did a thorough job on our old systems explaining what maintenance was needed and giving tips on how to improve our AC performance as he went. All in all very courteous and careful around our home. When he went into the attic to check the furnace he took the precaution of laying a towel down on the newly re-finished floors before lowering the attic stairs. The quality of service we received re-affirmed our decision to go with Reliable for HVAC maintenance.
