Reliable Heating & Air sells Energy Star rated equipment and recycles several tons of metal, steel, aluminum, copper, and cardboard each week. All r-22 (Freon) is recovered and turned into an EPA reclamation facility. All new equipment we sell and install uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a. Our technicians are EPA certified and trained in the proper handling and disposal of the HCFC R-22 (Freon).
Reliable Heating & Air was timely and competitively priced. Jeremy was professional and knowledgeable.
Lawrence Overstreet gave good, timely, and efficient annual service. He also explained in detail, sold and installed an electronic filter system.
HVAC replacment mixed up heat pump/gas furnace, cross wire thermostat. Duct cleaner missed 4 vents .
I spoke to the duct cleaning manager and the ducts you mentioned were cleaned and they sent a camera in to show your husband they had been cleaned. They cleaned the register cover as best as they could but the covers are rusted and need to be replaced. I understood you were going to Home Depot and replace the grills yourself. I had the manager contact you again to make sure you were pleased and let us know if we can do anything else to help. Thank you for your business. Dan Jape, owner
I recently had two plumbing issues requiring attention. One was an installation of a kitchen faucet and the other a non functioning water heater. Tony F came out and installed the faucet. During the installation Tony determined one of the parts on the Delta faucet was defective. He called Delta, and ordered the part. In the interim, he modified the defective part and had the faucet running for us. When the part arrived Tony completed the installation. As luck would have it, during the faucet issue our water heater broke. Tony came out and repaired the water heater right after he fixed the faucet. We couldn't be more pleased with the Reliable's plumbing team, especially the work Tony F performed.
So, I installed a new light fixture in the bathroom and instead of turning off the breaker to just the bathroom I switched off the main breaker... When I went to turn it back on - it wouldn't stay on. It's Saturday late afternoon and I called Reliable and JAKE ARTHUR got back to me right away. I explained what happened and he told me that I had to push really really hard on the breaker switch because it probably wasn't broken, he figured I hadn't actually pushed it all the way to the on position. I was convinced I had! Yet sure enough, when I pushed hard enough it chunked into place! He could have come to my house and charged me a bunch of money and I would have never known - but instead he chose to try and walk me through the fix. So - he saved me the service call fee and the cost of replacing all the stuff in my freezer and he and Reliable gained a customer for life! I need some rewiring done and my HVAC system replaced and this company is the only one I'm going to call. Thank you Jake!

On 9/11/2015 technician Eric W. did my complimentary service on my HVAC . He was very polite and professional. All my questions/concerns were answered. Thank you for your outstanding service. I am a new customer and I am very pleased with my new HVAC system. D.Daniel
The technician(LAWRENCE OVERSTREET)arrived on time, was neat in appearance & was professional throughout the service visit. He explained in detail & non-technical HVAC terms exactly what type of maintenance would be performed. He made sure we understood each process as we arrived to individual components of the system. My wife says 'He's our RELIABLE guy now. Thanks for outstanding service!!!!
John Hall and Cleveland Davis did a great job!! On time, very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They represent their company well !! I would recommend them and Reliable to anyone looking to replace their HVAC unit or in need of service. A++++
Today David and Alex from Reliable came and serviced my HVAC, cleaned my ducts, and cleaned out my dryer vent. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They didn't cut any corners and did a great job. Next time I need anything HVAC related I'm asking for these guys.
Our technician, Lawrence Overstreet, was polite, professional and very knowledgable. Awesome company!
I am a truly satisfied customer that live in Sugar Hill, Georgia. I just had a install with the Trane XR14 2.5 ton R410a heat pump and the R410a air conditioner. Both units were installed same day by two of the most hardest working and amazing guys I have seen in a long time. Torri and Donnie came to my home and did an excellent job on the install. After the install, they did a walk thru and explained both units completely and how they worked along with the thermostat controls. They went over all contract documents and did an outstanding job cleaning up everything. Excellent job guys. Thank you Reliable Heating and Air Woodstock...
After an unknowing tech from another company told me my system was fine, and $100 later out of the door ..system still not blowing cold air. Called Reliable, within 10 minutes ,Jeremy knew exactly what was wrong. Jeremy even had the part on the truck ! Im going to ask for Jeremy for sure in the future !

One month and 2 days we experienced another leak... same spot.. called Reliable & they came out a day after. The tech Ryan is a very professional young man and fixed the problem.. Having the warranty really paid off.. Thanks again Reliable.

Joe and his helper were professional and very helpful in answering my questions. they put down tarps to keep my floors clean. So far my new Trane 80% furnace seems to be working very well. I would highly recommend Reliable to all my friends and family.
And they wanted to charge $85 for another diagnostic trip out for something they didn't fix in the first place. Woman in office was not cooperative. Wondering if it's not worth it to them to make customers satisfied. Now, we would've paid for any repairs above the diagnostic cost but we are going with a recommendation from neighbors. How do they get so many great reviews? I relied on these Kudzu reviews but am questioning the validity of the source of the reviews. One thing is that the man who came out was friendly enough. But when you have a plumbing leak I think reliability is what's wanted more so than friendliness. Not "reliable" at all! And more scrutiny for Kudzu reviews...
It was time for the annual check-up of our two AC/Furnace systems. The Reliable tech making the call this year was Kenneth Lee. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as all Reliable staff have been over the years. He did a very thorough job inspecting, cleaning and testing our systems. No major issues were found. When it comes time to replace our aging lower unit, we'll call Reliable. Thanks.
Just want to say very good service from Horacio Hernandez and his partner Frank. These technician were nice and very very informative. I set up service for my ducts and filters but I learn so much more about how to run a more efficient units and how to keep my bill low by keeping up with maintenance and filters. Thanks for teaching me how to service my hm each year and what I should do. I will be calling Reliable back! Thnks
The Technician that came to my home was terrific. Deon is the most thorough technician ever. I have used several different companies for my home and no one could compare to Deon. I really appreciate his hard work. Thanks Cindy
