I have two systems in the house: one downstairs and one upstairs. Downstairs Coolray Trane XR15 installed 3 years ago. However, Atlanta Air Care best value for this install: Rheem 14AJM30A01 system... installed July 2014. Salesman, Jeremy, is excellent, the difference was $800. company sent wrong metal output plenum, so installer had to reuse the soft-board one until the new metal one could be fabricated. due to schedule conflicts new metal output plenum scheduled for install December 2014. This Rheem much quieter than the Trane XR15! Atlanta Air Care has a 10yr warrantee. I recommend Atlanta Air Care and Coolray. Both are good companiesVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Recently had HVAC unit replaced and we have been very satisfied with the company from the beginning. They offered the lowest price compared to 6 other companies. They are professional, friendly, helpful and highly recommended! Will definitely use them again in the future!
Called initially to repair/replace the AC - convinced us to replace the enitre unit. The air and heat work just fine, but it is LOUD! Irritatingly loud, interfering with my sleep loud, not at all what I expect after dropping 4k loud! Had them come to the house to fix it somehow, but all we got was a suggestion to buy some ear plugs or consider paying for an upgraded motor. Really! So what's next? Live with this loud unit for the next 10 years, spend more money for another motor or system at the risk that it's loud too? #trapped

I had my AC unit replaced for my townhouse & air ducts cleaned for my main house by Altanta Air Care. The teams were efficient and very professional. Highly recommend them & will use again for AC/heating repairs.
I had 4 companies come to my home and give estimates on a new HVAC system. AAC was at my house within 24 hours, provided competitive pricing and I had a new system within 10 days. Excellent work and service.
Daniel is very professional one. I like to recommend this company to other people...................
Atlanta Air Car installed a new heater today and the installers did a great job. They were organized, efficient and on time. They informed me of everything that they were doing throughout the installation process.
We would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. From the estimate to the installation and follow up, the staff were absolutely top notch and professional in every way. We were replacing two units that were 16 years old, and Atlanta Air offered us several plans to choose from. In each instance, their bid was significantly lower than four other companies for identically priced equipment, and we did not feel any pressure to buy more than what we wanted in terms of equipment. The space the installation team had to use was very cramped and made for a difficult installation, but the work was done to perfection over a two day period. The installation team worked very long hours and found a solution to any problem they encountered, and they made sure we fully understood the new thermostats and programming options. They were meticulous in making sure that our equipment was installed correctly and also were very thorough in their clean up after installation was complete. I can't say enough good things about this outstanding company and their staff
I had been shopping for 2 years. They didn't add to their advertised price and they stuck with their original quote once the units were installed. They were prompt, clean, and very professional. It was a great experience.
I call this guy and instead of looking into the furnace , he looked at power button, messed it up , created a short circuit and was asking me to pay additional 90 $s to fix my power switch and was heavily marketing to replace my entire heating system. Call them only if you want to add to your troubles instead of resolving them.
At Atlanta Air Care, we strive to provide excellent customer service, customer satisfaction, safety, and solutions to repair an issue – our top priorities. We take pride in making sure that our technicians adhere to these priorities when they meet every single customer. Therefore, we responded quickly to your call that your furnace was not working. When we arrived, we found a couple of issues: 1) Loose wires in the switch. 2) We also found the Inducer Motor Casing was cracked which can cause carbon monoxide in your home. Our solutions were to replace the switch as well as the Inducer Motor Casing –which were very important repairs to prevent electrical issues and insure there is not carbon monoxide in your home – as well as get the furnace to work again. We also recommended that you may want to invest in a new furnace instead of paying all of the fees for repair work since your furnace was a 1997 model, but the choice for repair or replacement was yours to make. We understand that no one wants additional expenses and that these additional expenses can be burdensome. However, our solution was correct and in the best interest of your family to provide heat to your home and to keep you family safe from carbon monoxide poisoning . We would be happy for you to call us back so that we can complete the repair. Again, our job is to provide quality customer service, provide solutions to your issues, and gain your trust as a client.
Great service. Always on time, the best prices anywhere for top of the line systems. Would recommend them over all others
My husband Reyinald Garcia was in a mission of getting the lowest price for the replacement of the 2 AC units (Whole system). We received 6 different quote and some of them offered an inferior AC system (13 Seers) for a higher price. When I am talking about a higher price I mean by $3,000 more expensive than Atlanta Air Care. I saw different techniques used by the sellers from other companies (taking picture, opening here and there, etc..). Jeremy from Atlanta Air Care took no more than 30 minutes to design the best option for my house. Jeremy was always willing and able to get me the AHRI certificate of the configuration that he was proposing and he always was more than happy to answer me any question. More of the question that I asked Jeremy was because the competition was trying to down play the experience and reputation of Atlanta Air Care, but Jeremy was always able to answer all the question. The installation was done on a Saturday in just a few hours. The team were able to fix a small stress crack in the ceiling due to the installation. I will recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality service without the higher prices. The units chosen in my case were Rheem.
We have 2 HVAC heating and cooling systems that were bought from and installed by Atlanta Air Care. Their prices were competitive and service excellent. We would recommend anyone that needs either a new System or repairs to installed systems to give them a call. We installed a complete 5 ton system last July, and replaced a 3 ton system last week. They are the best in the business.
Recently had two AC/Furnace systems replaced by AAC in our home. One had died after 15 years and replacing the 2nd system (also 15 years old) made sense because of the efficiency we'll achieve going forward and AAC's competitive pricing. Sales guy (Daniel) was terrific and worked with us to get the solution we needed for our home. Install team was outstanding working efficiently in a very tight attic space to install the two gas furnaces and AC Coils. The team of 4 installers did a great job explaining things as they went so that I had a handle on what they were doing and how the systems will work going forward. They also took great care in their install to keep things clean and neat as we had recently had an extensive renovation on our home. Overall a great experience with AAC from start to finish. I have already recommended AAC to our neighbor and will continue to recommend to others. Very happy with our choice of AAC to do the job.
Atlanta Air Care installed a complete split system for my basement. This was installed over the course of two days. The workmanship was very professional. I would recommend this company for all HVAC needs.
Atlanta Air Care installed a new A/C and Coil system at my home. There was a warranty repair needed and they quickly worked on solving the issue. Their staff is well trained. I highly recommend Atlanta Air Care for any Heat and Air repairs or installations.
