On February 8th, I had 2 HVAC units replaced and a new unit with ducting installed in the basement. Reliable sent 3 crews and they finished 9 hours later. When changes were needed to be made, the... installers provided options on how best to complete the installation . The cleaned thoroughly up after the work was completed. Overall their performance greatly exceeded my expectations in the price, the installation and follow-up. I would most strongly recommend Reliable for your HVAC needs.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I have had extensive work done on my home in the past 2yrs. Once I found Reliable does not only HVAC, but plumbing and electrical also, they are they only ones I call. Jimmy Miller arrived on time, was very professional, and did a complete inspection of my heating and air system. He even cleaned the outside unit. I will request Jimmy for all my future needs. Thank you Dan for all of your wonderful employees. Also need electrical work. Justin Hall who has done work here last year was sent. As usual he was efficient, pleasant and friendly. thank you Justin
I am writing to say that Reliable Heating and Air has been serivcing my HVAC in my home for over two years now and I am extremly satisfied with the service they have provided me. Joshua Smith has just serviced My heating unit to insure that it is in top operating condition. Joshua's Promptness, courtesy, knowledge, and willingness to provide me with answers to any question I might have is the best. I highly recommend Reliable and Joshua Smith.
They installed two new systems, and re-routed ductwork, And then there was heat. YEAH Very pleased!
I had scheduled a duct cleaning with Reliable since my family suffers from allergies and sinus infections. Lee & David from Reliable came out to do the cleaning, took one look at my system and said it doesn't need a cleaning. They were honest and didn't do/charge me for work that didn't need to be done. In my book that's the best kind of service!
I recently purchased a heat pump from them. The installation was quick and the technicians were professional and answered all my questions. They called to schedule the maintenance check on my unit to make sure it was running efficiently. Larry Holloway was very courteous and professional. I called 3 companies before purchasing my unit. Reliable is the only company that was prompt, professional and offered a great price for a great product.
I could not be more satisfied with the job Reliable did for me over the weekend. Both the HV-AC and plumbing teams took great care of me and my family. The HV-AC team started at 0930 a/m removing and installing two complete HV-AC units in my home. The plumber Tony Forman arrived on the scene at noon but could not get to replacing my two 50 gallon water heaters as the HV-AC workers were in the work area. He came back at around 0400 and worked until 0930 to ensure my house was up and running. What a masterful job of pipe work and customer service he provided. I would absolutely recommend Reliable and plan to be a customer for many years!!!!!
Dwight Foster came out today on a Sat to repair what appeared to be a shot starter capacitor in our condenser fan motor. Turned out to be a shot motor! Oh, joy. He not only had a replacement capacitor aboard his truck, he had a NEW fan motor. He had the condenser up & running in no time! Then he found out that we were short 3 lbs of Freon (Puron, or whatever we call it this week) and we discussed what we could do to limit the unexpected financial disaster a dead 13 yr old AC unit can be in 2016. Dwight was a knowledgeable, talented, efficient technician who is an outstanding representative for Reliable. I look forward to having him return when we take the next step in solving our long-term AC situation.
Hello, Kenneth was at our house today completing a maintenance service for us. He was very helpful, responsive and thorough. He took the time to explain what was going with our units and where we might need to update one of our units in the near term. Thank you for the great job again.
As a longtime Reliable customer I called when my home Insurance plan (2-10) wanted me to wait 4 days for emergency plumbing repairs. Don Barnett & Tony fixed the problem in 24 hrs after Ricky Johnson from the Electrical dept replaced a damaged power outlet. Outstanding work! I recommend Reliable for all they do and suggest avoiding the 2-10 home insurance plan.

Last year in 2015 winter I had an issue with my heating system. Reliable air came and tried to fix 3 times. The second time they replaced the control board and the third time they replaced the temperature sensor. On Jan 10 2016 our heating failed again. I had two technicians come out and they told me the board was bad. I was told that the board was not wired correctly which shorted out the board I had saved the board and temperature sensor. The last technician tested the sensor and it works! I called Reliable Air and told them that my heating failed again. They said the technician would come out for $89. When asked if the board was under warranty, the dispatcher could not give me an answer. I do not recommend reliable to anyone. We paid about $400 and our system does still not work.
Thank you for giving us the chance to review your issue and get it straightened out for you. All the parts installed through our service department carry a one year warranty on the part and labor. The only thing we ask you to do is call us and let us diagnose the issue. The customer service reps are programmed to respond to your call about service with our standard service call fee, but if it is determined to be a warranty issue by dispatch and the tech, as your issues is, these is no charge at all. In the future, please call us to come diagnose the issue and we will always stand by the warranty. The new board worked almost a year and was wired correctly since you had heat all that time. The printed circuit boards in older furnaces are somewhat temperamental and can fail which is why it is important to call the dealer who installed it back to your home. Other companies may simply try and sell you a new part or in some cases, replace a part that is under warranty with the installing dealer. I am glad you are back on line and do not hesitate to call us for anything in the future. I apologize the customer service rep did not explain the warranty properly when you called, but it is noted on your invoice and in our service records for your warranty on the parts we installed. Thank you for your business. Dan Jape, owner.
Reliable H&A did an excellent job installing our HVAC & Furnace, - from a Sales Perspective (Charles Williams) and from an installation perspective. They were thorough, professional and incredibly polite and courteous. Jorge and Jesse Ceron did an excellent job in the installation process. And the quote they gave were at least 1/3 cheaper than the company we have been with the last several years. Hats off!!
Reliable was 30% cheaper than their competitor and they did a magnificent job!Horatio was professional, informative, and very pleasant. Such a pleasure doing business with this company.
I had Reliable's electrical department out to do a major project at my house, and they did a great job! Four days, with four guys on site for much of it, and some complex things to figure out. They replaced 7 bathroom fans, ran shielded Cat-6a ethernet, Coax (for cable), installed a subpanel, whole house surge protectors, wall mounted a TV, ran a number of new circuits, ran conduit from the top of the house to the bottom, installed new floodlights and outlets. Justin Hall, Ricky Johnson, James Steffey, Richard Grayson and Brent all did great work. They all had some challenging problems to solve, and they handled them well. Richard installed a bathroom fan in a location that appeared impossible. But he was able to fit in an incredibly tight space and get it in! Justin figured out how to deal with some tricky Cat-6a keystones, and found a great route for running conduit through the house. Ricky did a great job making my wife happy with the TV mounting. James did a great job installing bathroom fans and timers. They solved a number of problems in a short period of time.
Tech Joshua Smith was extremely courteous, led me through every step. Explained what was need, gave advice, was very helpful. Will recommend again.
A shout out to Joshua Smith at Reliable Heating. He did my maintenance check today and was great. Explained everything he did and provided me with a comprehensive checklist.
Yesterday we install a complete system in our parents home after the old unit served us well for 19 years. Our experience from the start, with our quote from Kevin C to the install of the system by Jamal and Lino was pleasant and professional. They explained the pro's and con's of various systems and if they would work for our layout and needs. The install crew removed the old, replaced with the new system, tested and walked us through the new system's layout and operation. Even though we spent a good bit of $, very pleased with the company and product so far!
