Jack was very professional and corrected my issue very quickly. If needed in the future, I will use Aaron and request Jack.
This is a review for Aaron Services' Septic service. I have used multiple septic companies over the years to both pump and repair our septic system and these folks are by far the best experience... I've had. Matt and Jimmy came out a week ago to look at things when we experienced slow draining and they were out again today after I had tried to get a previous company to come out for a quote and they never returned my call. Aaron's guys were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clear with their explanation of what they thought needed to be done and why. Their pricing is also comparable to what I've seen in the past. I still need the actual repair work to be done (a new drainfield) and I can update this after that takes place in the next few weeks. But so far, so good. Update 4/23/16 - Well, the drainfield will be replaced in a few days but in the meantime we had another backup on a weekend when I was out-of-town and my daughter was house sitting. Aaron's customer service was excellent, even on a weekend and even dealing with them long distance. The phone operator, Kimberly, went out of her way to get me help and the service tech, Eric, not only fixed the problem, he sent me before and after pictures AND adjusted an inside toilet so that it flushed better. I'm really impressed with this company.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

My usual way to fix things around the house is to call someone I know or someone someone knows to get something done. I am finally learning that doesn't always work. Chris from Aarons Plumbing came today to fix a leak from our upstairs and did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and a great job on what I needed him to do. This is a great lesson for me to start trusting the professionals to do the job right. From now on I will pay more to get the job done right.

I am not pleased with Aaron Service at all. I called a week ago and scheduled to have someone come to our condo and give us an estimate to replace the complete system. When I scheduled the appointment I stated that this was a rental with a tenant and needed to have the specialist be there around 3pm and no later than 4pm. I was told that would not be an issue. 3:30 rolls around and I call Aaron. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that it is a window appointment between 2-5pm and not an exact time. I proceeded to let her that was not what I was told last week when I scheduled. Also, I received 2 other estimates today and the specialist doing the estimate did not have an issue showing up when they were scheduled (at an exact time). Anyway, I am sure a manager or owner at Aaron will come back with some twisted response but just be warned Aaron does not set exact times to give quotes and with technology today, a 3 hour window is ridiculous.

Dear ExpectGreatService, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding the arrival windows we provide our customers. We strive to ensure each customer is pleased with our service, and we are sorry to hear that we fell short of this goal with your appointment. We have reviewed our schedule and see your cancelled appointment, where it was noted that you preferred an arrival time between 3 and 4. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our team. The first customer service representative you spoke with should have done a better job of explaining that we can note your requested time, but do schedule in 3 hour windows. We provide a thirty minute call ahead (or greater should a customer prefer) before a technician arrives at a home in order to lessen the wait time of an appointment. Thank you very much for your feedback, it is a valuable tool in developing our customer service! We will continue to review and revise our processes to serve our customers as best as possible. Thank you!!
Jack did a great job. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I don't know anything about water heaters but because of Jack, we don't have to take cold showers.

Chris came out today to look at a plumbing issue and I was very impressed with his professionalism, promptness, fairness, and honesty. I would 100% not hesitate to call Aaron again for any issue. In the past they have fixed two other problems and I have not had any more trouble with those issues anymore as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Jack from Aaron Plumbing knows customer service, he was informative, and a pleasant to deal with. He even called back the day after to ask if everything was ok and if I smelled any gas, who does that! Awesome! Aaron's should be glad to have such an employee!!

We needed to replace a tub shower fixture so we called Aaron Plumbing based on some neighbors' reviews. Chris came out promptly after a courtesy call within the scheduled window. He took a look at the Delta fixture we purchased and advised us that due to a significant difference in the design of the parts from the existing non-functional Moen the project would require entry through the wall to replace the guts of the plumbing. He said this would be more costly than we probably wanted to incur if we simply wanted to replace and update what was there. He said he could do it if we really wanted Delta parts installed but it would cost around $800. Chris was looking out for our interests and recommended a few stores where we could find more Moen options than they carry in big box stores. We will have Chris back out to install those Moen fixtures when they arrive. We would recommend Chris and Aaron Plumbing.

Had a leak from my shower drain. I called Aaron an a Saturday afternoon, and about an hour later, Jack McCloud showed up at my front door. Took a look at the issue, explained what I could do as a home owner if I wanted, and gave me his price for fixing if I wanted to go that way. No upcharge for it being a Saturday, just a straight up price. I choose to let Jack do the work. It turned out to be a lot tougher than he had thought (through no fault of his own; the drain installed by the builder was done improperly. So instead of a 1/2 hour job, this turned into a 2 1/2 hour job, complete with a trip to Lowes to buy parts he didn't have on his truck. Jack obviously knows plumbing, and even under these difficult circumstances he was able to get my leak fixed. And in a no BS way, he also informed me that due to the situation, this leak may come back eventually. To that end, he has promised me he is going to check with other plumbers and look for some special equipment and call me Monday if any better way to fix this issue is possible. In the end, the quoted price was what was charged. I very much appreciate the straight forward and honest way Jack explained the situation, his promise not to be satisfied until he exhaust all options available to him, and the honoring of the quoted price. Really nice to find a trustworthy expert like Jack, and Aaron's manner of servicing is great. I'll never use another plumbing company, and feel 100% certain I'll hear from Jack on Monday. Very Good

Modern life is full of conveniences and amenities that we often take for granted. One of these amenities is hot water. It is rare that we think about how nice it is to be able to wash our faces or take a nice, hot shower. When a water heater goes out, however, its importance becomes immediately noticeable. Even for people who live in warm climates like Georgia, having a reputable plumber in...Read more »
