We received a very good quote from Cool Air through Costco. Victor, Nima, and Cris were very professional. They were able to complete the installation quickly in under a day. I would definitely... recommend them to friends and family.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

My experience with Cool Air Mechanical was the best, technician was very professional and gave a lot of useful tips to increase system's life and performance. Year contract is fairly affordable and the great deal is that there is no service call fee!! I would definitely recommend their services to everyone!
The service was very cool, and cheap. It is a great experience for the price and I highly recommend it.
Cool Air Mechanical is very cool! No sooner did I enter a contract for HVAC service, and paid over $300 for more coolant from another company and contract fee as well as being told nothing was guaranteed on my systems, than 3 days later the fan on one system went out and the compressor on the other system blew at the same time. I called Cool Air Mechanical and John Melton came out. He did such a thorough job analyzing my home as well as suggesting putting in a few dampers to better regulate the flow in my house. He was methodical, very clear in his explanations and gave me a price that couldnít compare to others. The next day the installers were out and worked all through the day into the night installing my new systems. They didnít have time to install the dampers (not essential since it was so late into the evening), but when I called to follow-up they had someone come out the next day! When John showed me the prices on the units, they included a new thermostat that I got a rebate from Georgia Power, and a better filtering system. No add-ons to the original cost of the units. Dealing with the office staff was also a breeze Ė very professional! I highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical.
Found cool air through Costco. It is great service. Worked with service men, Maruin and Nima. They are very professional, efficient.
Our downstairs system was in need of replacing. Cool Air came out on behalf of Costco on a Saturday, very professional, gave us their good Costco affiliated deal and it was installed by Tuesday morning -- zero issues and great customer service!
We found Cool Air at our local Costco. Had two entire HVAC systems replaced. They not only beat the price on the same Lennox/Seer rating system over 2 other local vendors, we also got the Costco card which was a huge benefit too. We had some unique installs and although it took a few times for their installer to get it, their customer service kept coming back until the job was done. Would recommend these folks.
Ran into this company via Costco. Efficient, courteous. Excellent install experience. The sales team described the system and finances in detail. Installers were prompt and courteous and did a great job. No issues. will see how the maintenance works out
Service techs Pedro and Zenon arrived on time and eager to get started on installing a new HVAC system. the remove and replace job was completed in just three hours and they showed me how to operated the new unit. Clean-up and take away was excellent. Ted Kelley/Dacula,GA
You wonder when you are getting a major equipment installation what kind of effort you're going to get. I got Gary and Mike, a father and son team. They took pride in the work and did a very professional job, with a positive outlook. As an example, I had been told on service calls for the previous unit, that another circuit would be required to have the unit work totally correctly. I ask Gary to check on this and advise me what he found. He did find the situation, but said the original wiring was not done as it appeared to be designed. To correct this, he when to a local hardware store, purchased a breaker box, etc., reran the wiring and solved the problem. This did take them an extra hour of installation time, but the job was done correctly and as part of the regular installation. This is pride and professionalism. A great job of installation, now we will see how they do on maintenance. I'll add to this review on that.
Technician just left and Zach was courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks to Cool Air for the excellent service.
The "assessment" was a joke. I was with him 100% of the time during which he checked the voltage on the HVAC transformer and the capacitance of the capacitors. That's it. He then went outside and checked the refrigerant charge, which was low. He did not measure the weight of the freon canister before or after charging! He literally said it FELT like he put in a pound and charged me $55. He also had difficulty interpreting the chart of Lennox sub-cool guidelines. Given these guys sell Lennox systems I found this to be particularly alarming. Iím very concerned he overcharged my system if he really added a full pound. A proper assessment of the system involves more than just hooking the gauge up to the condenser and reading the temperature offset. They should be cleaning the indoor blower, the evaporator and condenser coils, checking the internal duct static pressure and the amp draw on the blower motor, checking the temperature difference across the evaporator coil, etc. The technician didn't do ANY of that. You cannot accurately measure sub cooling if the system is not clean. These folks are just out to soak you for a quick $135 and not give you the service you paid for. Simple as that. And at $135/lb of freon they are the most expensive in town. Upon calling to voice my concerns, Melissa refused to let me speak with a Service Manager, which tells me this is par for the course with this company! Iíll be letting Costco know they are vouching for very poor service.
Gary and Mike came to the house and immediately started to work. They explained the process and finished the job quickly. They even took pictures of my old unit so I can send to my insurance co. Overall, It was a great experience.
From the proposal to the completed installation Cool Air Mechanical exceeded my expectations. The proposal was complete and descriptive and the install (3 complete systems) was completed in one day. I would highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical. A great company, with a great product and a superb Team.
Replacing something as considerable as an HVAC system is stressful and difficult financially. My husband & I were leaning towards them based on our initial meeting alone. The information they provided was involved & sensible. Luckily, our sticker shock at their proposal was lessened by having two prior that were considerably higher. That sealed the deal with us & after spending a day with their courteous and knowledgeable installation team, we can confidently say that Cool Air Mechanical is the way to go!
I had John Melton as my Cool Air Mechanical representative. He is a very conscientious and caring representative. The two men who actually did the removal of the old and the installation of the new were equally as caring about me and my home. The price was a little high, but I purchased through Costco so I saved quite a bit.
