Job Well Done!, 9/03/2015

Eric and Josh showed up when promised and immediately got to work in locating my septic system. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. The job they did was outstanding.... They cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy.

The Publix of Plumbers, 9/01/2015

I don't know why, but my recent experience with the Pink Plumber kept reminding me of Publix. A premium price, but premium service. Sunday I called the Pink Plumber on the recommendation of an... in-law, regarding a waterline issue. The field team sent out Adam. Adam was a credit to his company. If anything, he loves his job, and got right down to tackling the problem at hand. We could do a repair, he said, or replace the entire line. I opted for the line itself since we've had issues in the past with it. We agreed to the price, then Adam and a crew came out Monday morning and knocked it all out. $1100. A bit pricey? Yeah, I think, but it's a bit like how Publix sucks you in with the shopping experience ;-) See, if you're expecting drama--there *isn't* any. And that, I think, sums up my experience with the Pink Plumber. You're paying a premium, yes, but it's so you don't have to worry. They guarantee their work for three years. There's no end-of-job ambush, because the price they give is what they stick to. That's very valuable. The quality of work was excellent. Price-wise, yes, I will have other plumbing companies estimate an upcoming repipe of the house. PP doesn't do drywall and their sight-unseen estimate seems steep; a little salesmanish. But with the service I was given, I'll still be considering them, if that tells you anything. Also--if this company ever loses Adam it's a big loss for them!

Stay away!

This past Saturday our sewer ejector pump failed. A service tech from Pink Plumber came by and assessed the problem. He then asked for $1900 to fix the problem. I of course refused this ridiculous price. After going to his truck and "speaking to his supervisor" he came back and said he could replace the unit for 900. When he came back to do the work, he said we also had a clogged toilet that he could clear up for $800! At this point I asked him to leave my house. After a few minutes he came back and cleared the blockage for free saying that he would do it as a "courtesy". This business is horrible! Their prices are ridiculous. And they will clearly try to take advantage of you.

The Pink Plumber replied on 06-18-2014

Upon checking into this situation we found that an honest mistake was made. The original quote this customer received for the work needed is our price for this type of work. However, because of a miss communication between a fairly new employee and the field supervisor, a quote for a diffrent type of job was given. Because of this, the customer was given a deal that was"much lower" than our normal acceptable price. No one was taken advantage of at all.

Most Convenient!

The operators are very helpful and kind, the staff greats you with a smile when they arrive and they go out of the way to make sure you understand the work that is being done and most important how a healthy septic tank should work. Specifically Greg and Darnell came out to help me and went above and beyond my expectations...I can not speak higher of my experience with the company!

Great Service

Over the weekend, I required the services of a plumber so after some research, I called the Pink Plumber. They arranged to meet me at my home at a time when I was available. At first glance, the technician (Ben) suggested the issue could be septic related. I pushed on with him suggesting (and hoping) it was a pipe clog (based on how the system had acted during the last week) and asked if we could snake the drains. He complied and began snaking the main line. Wha-la, it hit "something" and pushed it on out. Issue resolved, thank goodness, and at a price I could deal with. Ben actually even saved me about $350 in the pricing which is very much appreciated as I am unemployed at the moment. Thank you Pink Plumber. I am so happy it was an easy fix!

Eric and Josh did a wonderful job!

Eric and Josh arrived on time and started working immediately, pumping out my septic tank and clearing inlet valve. All at a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

After finding water flooding our basement late SAT night, we called the Pink Plumber at 8 am SUN morning. They sent Jason who repaired our water heater expansion tank within 90 min of our initial call. He was friendly, professional and turned what was a real potential headache into a pleasant experience. Thank you so much to Jason and the Pink Plumber for such a great and quick repair. I recommend highly to anyone with plumbing needs. David Strand

Excellent Service

I have used Patrick with The Pink Plumber for several years to maintain and repair my heating and air systems. He is always friendly and professional. On a recent visit, when my air conditioner needed a part he didn't have, he went to get the part and returned an hour later to install it. It is so nice to have someone you can trust when you have a problem with your air conditioner in the summer! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Septic Tank Service

We were very fortunate to have Shannon Wilmont as part of Pink Plumber-Aames organization come out to pump the septic tank. He demonstrated so much talent, experience and dedication. Much to our surprise, he found that the baffle had completely deteriorated and needed to be replaced, as well as taking other measures associated with getting the whole septic system up to par. Instead of the job taking only a few minutes (if it had only needed to be pumped as we thought) it took several hours, which Shannon was prepared to stay for, and complete the same day. He carefully explained what the problems were and how they would be corrected. He had all of the equipment and products that he needed stocked on the truck. It was very hot that day but Shannon did not let that deter him from patiently working the job until it was completed. He used his experience, talents and skills to correct the problems that were presented to him. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and meticulous regarding the septic tank. Throughout the whole process Shannon demonstrated sincere character and a pleasant attitude; was enjoyable, kind and professional. From what we observed, Shannon is a good and trustworthy person, and others can trust him to do an outstanding job every time, and to treat customers right. We had him return 4 years later to pump out the septic tank and he is still the same diligent and charming person he was the first time he came to service our septic tank! The Martin's

Septic tank pump

I had them pump my tank to meet required needs for selling my house. The dug several holes to finally find the tank after I showed the the survey. After they started the 199.00 pump turned into over 900.00 because of the depth to dig, the tank size and more. Then the over sell of doing more started. High pressure sale. The truck leaked oil all over my driveway. I do not recommend them to anyone.
