I called one morning and Lisa came out that afternoon. She checked my dryer and qucikly determikned my problem. While I thought I might need a new $100 belt that she could have sold me, she honestly... told me my old belt was in good condition. The repair tech, Eugene, came at the scheduled time. He promptly diagnosed the problem with my oven to be with the main board. Replacing the board was going to be very expensive and time consuming.... He offered a safe, work-around solution that cost a fraction of the price. He even wrote down all the part numbers for me. On top of all this, he called two days later to make sure the oven was working properly and I was satisfied. I can't ask for any better than this. Highly recommended!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I contacted Jason and he stopped by the day. Then he ordered the part and returned the next day. Now its fixed. My oven heating up again and my washer agitator is fixed, too. A+++ service!

The owner took the call himself. He was very friendly. I had done some research before calling him and determined that my freezer drain was frozen up. He analyzed it for 10 minutes and determined the same. He fixed it in about an hour. Works well now. I'd use them again. He came when he said he would, he was friendly, and the price charged was fair.
Technician (Eugene) came out and quickly identified the issue. Initially, there was a miscommunication on when he would return to do the repair work. (It happens!) When he realized there was an error...and it was at least partially my fault...he rearranged his schedule and came out pretty late in the evening and did the repair. He went above and beyond my expectations and if I need another appliance fixed, this is who I will call.
Jason promptly responded to our call, did a thorough assessment of our dryer, made the right diagnosis, provided an explanation of the problem and solution and did the repair quickly. Jason and his partner were friendly and provided excellent advice regarding our dryer and washer. He is knowledgeable and clearly cares about his work quality and customer satisfaction.
Eugene found that my dishwasher had a warped heating element that caused damage to the spray arm - I would have never known to look for this. He then told me to try to get the manufacturer to send me the parts at a big discount - and to my surprise they did, so he could return to replace the damaged parts. I've seen many appliance technicians and other technicians over the years, but I've never seen anyone as professional and knowledgeable as Eugene.
Amazing service! Called them to just tune up fridge and he ended up doing that and checking all appliances and the furnaces in our home for free! Didn't try to upsell and the best part: educated us on every appliance and what we should expect to do in next 5 years based on what he saw with each appliance. Eugene is so knowledgable in all things appliance and it was a joy to learn so much from him. Call Eugene to make sure your whole house is in working order!
My oven was overheating. Eugene answered the call. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor. He had to order the part. He returned on the agreed date and made the repair. He told me to test it before I cooked anything important. I tried frozen pizza and it burned up. Still not fixed. I texted Precision; Eugene was there the next business day with a new control panel and a frozen pizza! That fixed the problem and the pizza came out perfectly. Even though he had tested the old control panel and the test cam back negative, he would not let me pay for the new panel. This is old-fashioned service and very welcome. I recommend Precision Appliance Service and Eugene highly. I especially like being able to schedule and communicate by text. On time and fairly priced.
Eugene Bailey arrived within the time frame given & was polite and very knowledgeable about our problems with freezer and washing machine. He performed the work in a timely manner and he took the time to explain everything. Very happy with the services & would call again if needed service!
Jason has been the proper techinician that was able to diagnose my refrigerator problem. Before Precision Appliances 2 Techinicians came on board and just collected the money and not even open the refrigerator, one even adviced me to remove the floor. Precission Appliance applies knowledge and common sense to any problem. Highly recomneded. My refrigerator has been working great for the past 3 weeks.
This is my second experience with Precision Appliance Service and their great technician Eugene Bailey. It was the dishwasher this time - there was slimy, smelly, dirty water in the bottom and all over what should have been a just-cleaned load of dishes. Eugene arrived on time, diagnosed a worn-out outflow pump, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He replaced the pump and cleaned out the entire outflow track of the dishwasher in the process. He then clean up from the repair process and made sure the appliance was working properly. I have run several loads of dishes since then. The dishwasher has never worked better. Thanks, Eugene!
They worked with me on scheduling a repair the morning after I called. Eugene arrived on time, thoroughly explained the diagnosis, showed the repair costs from a price book, completed the work timely, and cleaned up afterward. I'd recommend them to friends and family if they had appliance repair needs.
Called on a Friday morning as we were having fridge problems. I was headed out of town the following week so they fit me in to their schedule (they actually went above and beyond to fit me in to their schedule). Eugene came out and had the issue diagnosed in minutes. He was able to fix the problem and scheduled a follow up to ensure resolution. GREAT service. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
