I used Qcare a few months back to clean a couch and chair in my home and they did a good job. The tech mentioned that they also do pressure washing and exterior work etc. We're having some work done on our home next week and the siding needed to be washed ahead of the job, so I called Qcare and booked an appointment. They called this morning (a Saturday) and told me they wouldn't be able to make it out because they were too busy and the job they were on currently was too big. I'm not sure what the purpose is of making an appointment if they just call and cancel it because they took too many projects in one day. I even offered that they could come anytime today (not just the 12-3 window I had booked) or on Sunday. The gentleman who called said that they don't work Sundays. There are several pressure washing companies in the area, next time I'll book one that can keep an appointment and not leave me high and dry.
We're very sorry that we had to reschedule your cleaning. The job on the schedule prior to you turned out to be much more time consuming than originally expected. We make every effort to allow enough time for each job but window and pressure washing jobs can occasionally exceed our best estimates. Our manager called you at 10:30 that morning, immediately upon realizing the situation, to inform you of our situation and offered to reschedule you for Monday and offered you a special discount for the inconvenience. Again, we're sorry that we were had to reschedule your appointment.

We hired Qcare to clean our home after the interior was painted - in preparation to put our house on the market. Overall, the first visit was ok. The maid got grease on our sofa somehow, so they had to send out an upholstery cleaner. They also missed dusting quite a few pieces of furniture. I gave them a pass because it was their first visit and there was a lot of paint dust everywhere. So, I provide that feedback and asked them to set up weekly visits while our house is on the market. The second visit was scheduled for 90 minutes. I set it up over the phone and was told they would arrive between 12-3. Then I received a confirmation email telling me they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning - so we had to rearrange schedules so someone could be at home . Our house is completely picked up and very clean because it's going on the market. We only needed a 90 minute visit. I decided to dust everything myself because of the previous experience. I came home to dust bunnies everywhere on the hardwood floors. The area in our kitchen near a built in desk was not vacuumed and the trash wasn't emptied. The floors didn't look like they'd been cleaned. I can't tell if they vacuumed the oriental rugs or not. Bottom line - I'm not anal or looking for perfection - just a clean house. They said they would send someone out to correct the problem. I declined. Will not use again or recommend.
We sincerely apologize for the few things we missed in your home. At QCare, we take great pride in immediate response to our customers concerns. We realize we won’t always be perfect but we will always care and do everything possible to make things right. We immediately sent someone out to clean the couch on our first visit. Like all homes that have any construction, painting, etc. we tell our customers it takes more than 2 cleanings for dust to be noticeably diminished. The husband did a walk through with the maids and said the house looked good before the maids left for their next job. We later learned that the husband and realtor moved rugs across the newly cleaned floor. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offered to come back out to re-clean those areas but the home owner declined. We try our best to please every customer and to do as the customer expects. Despite our efforts she was not happy.
