today was my last day with GRS , bitter sweet , i graduated after doing IVF with DR MK( Desiree McCarthy-Kieth) i can't say enough about this angel she is not just a doctor she is the best humen... being i had ever met in my live, since day one she came all the way from her office to say hi to us and welcome us to her office , you can feel her positive energy lighting the place, she sat us down and explained every thing and listen to our concerns then she did blood work and ultrasound the same day ,she took us to met Rita her ivf nurse who talked to us too and explained alot. during our ivf they listened to me in every step , made my concern went away , starting from the receptionist who made me feel welcome every time i steeped in , then Nicoda and Tina for the blood work, Shirley and Don, i just love my GRS family there are the best. DR MK told us she will be praying for us every time and she hugged us every time good bye. Rita listened to me and returned my calls 5 minutes later or less. I would like to say GRC is a beautiful place. They walk you through every step and Dr.Mcarthy-Keith and her nurse's were great and caring I would recommend anyone having issues with having a kid... to contact GRC. The service is not cheap but they make easy for couples looking to have a kid. Plus, the Dr. visits are quick not a lot of waiting in the waiting room.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I contacted GRS AFTER a 2 and a half year fertility battle which included three failed IUIs with my regular OBGYN, a laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis and then three additional failed IUIs with injection meds from a fertility specialist. I visited GRS for the first time in May or June and I was pregnant by August! The entire process was quick and I am so glad I chose GRS. Dr. Perloe started my treatment by testing me for everything under the sun. He gave me meds that no other doctor had given me. He is straight to the point, with a quirky sense of humor and I enjoyed working with him. He had a few requirements before treatment that included one psychologist visit, getting all sorts of blood work and optional genetic testing. Once that was complete, we jumped right into IVF. His nurses were always available to be via emails and responded promptly. Although I was traveling an hour to his office, the visits were quick and painless because the office is on point with getting people seen on time. Once we started IVF, the whole process was complete within a little over a month. I had my eggs retrieved (pretty painless), and before I knew it, I was having fertilized ones put back in. I found out I was pregnant 9 weeks ago and I have since then been released from his care (back to an OBGYN). I would recommend Dr. Perloe because he got right to the point and I got pregnant on my first round of IVF. The office is very inviting. I am pregnant with twins!

I have used GRS for both of my pregnancies over the course of 4 years. The first one was through IUI (3rd time is the charm) and the second one using IVF. The IVF procedure was a part of a federal study so the cost was significantly reduced. (Amy Roach is awesome!) It was nice to have this option, but even if I didn’t take part in the study, the costs weren’t as much as I had originally thought. The entire staff from the front receptionists, nurses (love Jackie), hematologists, IVF team, to the PA (Erica is wonderful) to the all doctors, especially the award winning Dr. Perloe, were genuinely caring, honest but positive, considerate of your time, finances and emotional state. I highly recommend and trust this team whole heartedly.

We spent more than a year under the care of all the amazing people at GRS. Dr. Carolyn Kaplan was one of the most thorough and understanding doctors I have ever had. The other doctors in the practice are also wonderful, but Dr. Kaplan was my primary. The staff of nurses and administrators are phenomenal. They really took the time to get to know us and explain everything that was happening. Devon, Gail, Suzie, April, and Jacqueline in particular made my time with them important and meaningful. I felt I was in wonderful caring hands for our entire journey with them.A huge thank you goes to everyone at GRS:) We will be bringing our joyous bundle for a visit sometime in August.

I came to GRS after several failed IVF attempts at another clinic. I was loosing my hope that it would ever work for my husband and I. Dr. Perloe went through every length possible and even used unconventional testing to get us pregnant! After enduring several IVF attempts elsewhere and 2 at GRS, I am 12 weeks pregnant! I am 100% sure this would not have happened for us if not for Dr. Perloe! He is compassionate and always exploring new technology to help get his patients pregnant. I have already sent 2 of my girlfriends to their clinic and I will continue to do so! Their office is small and the nurses and team of employees become your friends! I am so grateful for GRS and I 100% recommend it if you're looking for caring and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinologist in Atlanta!

Because reading these same reviews is what led us to find Dr. McCarthy-Keith. We came to Dr. MK after trying to conceive on our own for a little over a year with no luck. After talking with Dr. MK about our histories and running several tests, Dr. MK discovered that not only did I have PCOS but I was also insulin resistant. Dr. MK immediately started me on Metformin and a low carb diet to help get the insulin resistance under control. Dr. MK then mapped out our plan of attack to get us pregnant - For this first cycle we would try a combination of the Metformin along with Letrozol and then an IUI. Well, I'm thrilled to report that after just one - yes one cycle we are PREGNANT with our first child! Dr. MK is one of the best doctors in the game. Not only does she know her stuff but she is also very sweet, very patient and kind. She kept an upbeat and positive attitude every step of the way. The icing on the cake - the entire GRS staff! We never and I mean never had a bad experience. The worst part of this entire journey was leaving Dr. MK and GRS. I am now 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant and we have officially "graduated". What a bitter sweet! I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and we are so blessed that we found Dr. MK and GRS.

I went to Dr. Perloe's office after a rather bad experience at the Emory clinic in Midtown and the difference was startling. Dr. Perloe is excellent at what he does, he is frank, honest and kind. I went to his office after many failed rounds of ivf, enrolled in a study and became pregnant. His staff is superb, the nurses and especially nurse Amy is fantastic. Great communication, and all-round wonderful group of people.

We saw Dr McKarthy Keith when a friend referred us to GRS. Our IVF process was very smooth. Nurse Rita and Dr MK are amazing. Dr MK started me slow with the medicines given my PCOS issue. I completely trusted her from start to finish. Dr MK's nurse Rita was very reassuring. She even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I felt anxious over the weekends. And one of the weekends I actually called and spoke to her. They are an awesome team. I was so sad to graduate from GRS to my regular ob-gyn.
