We Have Encapsulated.. More Crawlspaces Than ALL of Our Competitors Combined! Wet Basement? Crawlspace Waterproofing
We offer concrete leveling and lifting services now! Repair your sinking, settling or cracked concrete slabs with Our PolyLEVEL Polymer Injection Process in Georgia.
Does your driveway, sidewalk, walkway, concrete steps or patio have problem areas where sunken concrete has caused uneven surfaces and tripping hazards to form? It's a very noticeable problem that has a very simple solution.
Conditions where outdoor concrete has already begun to sink is not uncommon in Georgia and is often the result of shifting or a weak soil base or erosion.
There are telltale signs of Sunken Concrete:
- Sinking Concrete Steps or Sidewalks
- Concrete driveways and patios sinking or tilting down
- Cracking and sinking sections of slabs
- Washout of soils under concrete slabs
- Repeated cracking of concrete slabs
AquaGuard Foundation Solutions can fix your sinking outdoor concrete problems so you can enjoy your driveway, sidewalk or patio again without worry.
In the past, contractors relied upon mudjacking (also known as slab jacking, concrete lifting, concrete raising, grout pumping and slab leveling) to level concrete that had settled over time. This entailed pumping concrete slurry under the settled slab to raise it and hoping that the settlement wouldn't continue.
At AquaGuard Foundation Solutions we use PolyLEVEL, to lift concrete slabs to a level position with less weight and disruption than the legacy mud jacking or slab jacking process.

I had 5 piers installed on the front of my house. Ian Greenlee and Kyle Yankovich did a nice job of getting the piers installed with minimal damage to the foliage in the front of the... house. Thanks, Jason B. Roswell GAVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We had Aquaguard out to repair a sagging floor that stretched between two rooms in our home. Tristan Lane and his crew were prompt, efficient and very respectful. He explained the process every step... of the way. The large job took two days to complete. The end result met most of my expectations. I would absolutely use Aquaguard and Tristan's team again for any other issues. Also, big shoutout to Tony, who initially scoped the job.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Basement and crawl space look great and not so scary anymore. From the salesman Scott to the installation crew led by Clint Stover, it was a top notch job all the way. Scott explained the problems I had and how they could be fixed. Showed pictures, and did the estimate in writing with a detailed explaination of the work. Clint called when on his way, arrived in a timely manner did a great job, explained the humidifier, and cleaned up. Pros all the way.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are glad that we solved your scary crawlspace problem. -Aquaguard Management
the guys from aquaguard were on time, performed the work as ordered and then did a great job on the clean up. except for the installation, you would not hav known they were there. They fixed the problem the first time.
When tearing out a closet wall, we discovered a buldging wall. Aquaguard gave us the best estimate. They were thorough and professional with the supports, water barrier and sump pump installation. We only had one problem with the restoration and they came back to fix that. I would recommend them.
Before looking at my basement or crawlspace, the Aquaguard rep was pushing their financing plan and wanted to know how I was going to pay for the job. (Dunno - I need to know a price first!!) The quote for the job went from $8k to $3k in a matter of moments. If the most important thing is the financing, the least important thing is the quality of the work.
Does it really take 3 hours to sell a waterproofing system. The wife zoned out after 45 minutes. Went with a company that got to the point.
A typical inspection / waterproofing estimate does not take 3 hours. These inspections can generally be completed in much less time. That being said, to thoroughly and properly inspect, measure, diagnose and document a foundation water or structural problem does take time. To explain exactly what is causing the problem, customize a solution based on what needs to be done to solve it and help a customer accomplish their particular goals takes more time. We have earned our reputation by doing just that. There is no such thing as a 20 minute bargain basement waterproofing company. In general, the old adage “you get what you pay for” rings true in our industry as well. We apologize for the time it took and will address it accordingly.
Aquaguard encapsulated my crawlspace a few years ago & did a great job. When I sold the house they went out of their way to help explain the benefits of this to the new owners. It solved the musty smell in my house & everyone that went into the crawlspace was amazed at how "nice" it was.
We had Aquaguard waterproof our basement and our garage and were very pleased with the process, the work and the quality. Gene was wonderful at taking the time to explain our situation and options. He was always available to answer any questions and offer guidance. The workers were very thorough and explained each step of what they were doing. They cleaned up after the job was completed and you would not have known they had even been here. For the first time in years, I feel confident that we will no longer have a water problem! Aquaguard is a wonderful company to work with and Gene especially made the process easy.
AquaGuard exceeded our expectations! We are very pleased that we chose AquaGuard to complete our waterproofing in our crawl space. I highly recommend them! Very Professional!
We realized that the foundation on our 5 year old home was settling. We contacted 3 companies in town. Ryan came out to give us a quote and explain the problem and process. He was the first person to mention the depth charge. If your piers go deeper than 20-25 ft with most companies, you pay an additional charge per foot. No one else had mentioned this in the fine print on the contract. Our piers went between 40 and 60 feet! That would have resulted in thousands of additional dollars with the other companies. AquaGuard gives you the price upfront with no depth charge. Blake and his crew came to do the work. They arrived when they said they would and finished on time. They were even able to lift the house back so you can no longer see the crack in the brick. They left the yard exactly how they found it. You cannot even tell that they were ever here. We are very pleased with AquaGuard - Thanks Ryan and Blake!
About 2 years ago we had major rainfall in Atlanta resulting in our flooded basement. We initially used a competitor of Aquaguard's to resolve our issue. About $4,000 later, we still had a flooded basement and the competitor stated that their system was not defective so we couldn't claim anything against the warranty. Unfortunately, they did not diagnose the problem correctly so we were on our own. They made additional recommendations for us (pouring a new concrete slab on top of the old one!) which, among other things, we found out was in violation of building codes because the concrete would rise above the wood studs, plus our basement door wouldn't fit! When we finally asked Tom to come out he and his associate, Gene, spent a lot of time with us before they started the work including coming here when it was raining heavily to see the flooding in action. They correctly diagnosed our problem both inside and outside our basement and our basement has been bone-dry ever since. The customer service was excellent. All of the workers were professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. We are very happy and have recommended Aquaguard to others.
Highly recommend. They are experts, highly knowledgeable, and do not use high pressure sales tactics. In fact, they knew I would not be buying anything from them but still worked with my GC to ensure my basement was waterproofed. Their mission is to help, not make a quick buck.
The service was great, the price was shocking. It was between allergies and cost. No more dirt! Ryan and Hank were very professional and did a great job, plenty of communication. No more dank musty smells in the house at all and I can breathe more easily.
Had them put foundation anchors in my basement. The original quote called for five. After starting worked it was discovered the middle of the wall had extra support and did not need an anchor. I was told I needed to put a carbon fiber strap there(which originally I was told was not correct for this job). I really felt they were just trying to bill out the original quote instead of taking off the cost of the 5th anchor. I told Gene this, and was told if I went without the strap the job would not be warrantied. Also concrete work done to repair where the anchors went in below the driveway was not up to par and cracked the driveway off of everything corner of their work. After a few visits and many months of phone calls finally got the $300 I paid them to do the concrete work refunded. Driveway never fixed.
The job itself I would give five stars to, but they left quite a few rocks in my yard that I ran over the lawn mower with. The basement work itself was excellent; we have no more water after getting water every time we had big rains. Their service is top notch; they explained things better than every other company we had out, and their crews were also very friendly and explained everything. They are not cheap, although their prices were competitive with other quality companies.
Jeff came out to look at the basement in a house I just purchased. We knew there had been water issues before, but after a large rain we had a lot more water than we expected. Jeff pointed out several things I could change to redirect water without spending much money (and actually without spending any money with AquaGuard). This was great news since we didn't really have the money to spend after buying a new house. I haven't had issues since and if I do...I will call Jeff back because I know he wants to do what is best for the customer.
Our basement flooded 1 to 2" every time it rained more than 1/2" It has been dry as a bone since they finished the job last month. We have had several rains and 2 with over 1" of rainfall. Installation went smoothly, and the crew was respectful and professional. We are now moving forward with finishing our basement, after over 20 years. Pricey but worth it. A flooded basement is useless and worthless. Stay away from their financing. You can do way better on your own if you have any credit at all.
