Reliable Heating & Air sells Energy Star rated equipment and recycles several tons of metal, steel, aluminum, copper, and cardboard each week. All r-22 (Freon) is recovered and turned into an EPA reclamation facility. All new equipment we sell and install uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a. Our technicians are EPA certified and trained in the proper handling and disposal of the HCFC R-22 (Freon).

Reliable has proven themselves to me in multiple tasks (both HVAC installation / maintenance and plumbing maintenance) across multiple properties (both residential and commercial)! Before undertaking significant work, I usually obtain at least 3 bids from qualified contractors and Reliable is always very competitive on price (and sometime the best), but more importantly their quality is top-notch and they do the work right the first time. All of their techs have served me well, but Woo in HVAC is absolutely WOONDERFUL! Woo is not only knowledgeable, but he is really passionate about his work and shows that he cares for the customer as well! I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
Thanks Cain for all your great work on replacing the water faucets. Your work was very thorough to make sure there are no more leaks throughout the entire house. Great service for reasonable prices. They also don't push to do more than what is needed at the time. I've dealt with Reliable a few times now and everyone has been so friendly and understanding.
Always dependable, excellent service, plus great value. Oniel and Roberto installed my new HVAC last week and did an incredible job. Also used Reliable for Duct Cleaning recently. I totally trust Reliable's team members - all very knowledgeable and professional. And they take to time to answer all my questions and even explain things I don't think to ask. Relief to find a proven company I can trust.
AC broke down. Reliable repairmen said the furnace needs to be replaced and sales will call back. Followed up multiple times but no one from Reliable calls back. It has been more than two weeks since Reliable has put us on hold without any service or follow-up. We have small kids and grandparents at home who are suffering. Reliable - are you really reliable any more???

Had two new A/C units installed in December and when it got warm outside and we needed to run the units, I found out that the one downstairs was not properly wired correctly. I called them about this and they came out and fixed the problem. I was not charged. At the same time, I ask to schedule our maintenance agreement. They told me it would be a month so I agreed to that. I got a call from them after taking off of work for the day that they would have to cancel due to the number of calls they had coming in for service. I agreed and rescheduled for today. Again I took off of work and was told they would be here by 1:00 pm. They never showed. When I called the office I was told that they did not know why I wasn't visited this morning as I was on the dispatchers list for this morning. They offered to come out tomorrow but I cannot afford to take another vacation day off. This really irritates me that so little customer service was given. Not even a phone call!!!! And you call yourself RELIABLE!!!!!

My AC wasn't working. Reliable's service man took pictures and thoroughly explained what was wrong so I could trust what he was saying and why I needed to replace it. There was a cancellation today and my new unit was installed earlier than expected. Gary Carter and Mark Chappell were professional and efficient and my home is cool now. Thank you!
I met the owner one day when I was in getting filters. Great guy and I went with Reliable on a new HVAC system. Wayne Daniel came out to service the unit as it was a pleasure to meet such a professional person. He was on time, knew what to look for right away, repaired the unit and set up for an upcoming inspection on my older units. I was so pleased I called today and your guys are coming out to quote two new systems, duct cleaning and blown-in insulation
After 3 years of frustration with another company who could not permanently fix my A/C unit upstairs, I hired Reliable Heating and Air. After a brief trial and error, Timothy was able to figure out that water evaporation from my large marine aquarium was the cause of my A/C unit problems. Timothy rewired and moved the upstairs unit and bingo, problem solved! It may seem like an easy fix, but no other service professional could figure out the problem. I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air because of their professionalism, strategic thinking, and friendly staff.
I had an electrical problem in the kitchen. I called and spoke to Mike (a great guy.) He was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Andy (another great guy) fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The only downside is that the work was expensive. That said, I wanted a licensed, careful, and insured electrician. That is exactly what I received. I think you get what you pay for.
Freddie from Reliable arrived on time and was very friendly. He answered all of my questions, made me feel totally comfortable with what he had to do to repair my air conditioner explaining everything he did. I highly recommend Reliable for any of your heating and air issues.
I had my downstairs Heating and Air replaced by Reliable Heating & Air.. The installation team of Mike Miller and Mark Jones were excellent, they exceeded my expectations even though they had a few minor setbacks.. Mike even replaced a corroded gas line with a new one when dozens of others just shrugged it off saying it wasn't an issue... Mark & Mike were on time, courteous, professional and took great care not to trample my flowers and shrubs.. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up the work area after a long day..All my questions were answered and Mike specified how to quickly register my units online for warranty purposes... I would highly recommend Mike and Mark anytime.
I just had 2 HVAC systems installed today. I got a few quotes, but selected Reliable based on their good reviews and comptetitive pricing by Jeff in Sales. The installers, Andrew and Billy, were prompt, professional, and kept a clean workspace in my home. It was very hot in the attic and they carried on without delay or complaint. I also had a chance to meet Daniel, the Install Manager, and he was also very professional. In jest, I was very pleased with their work, happy to have my new Seer 16 A/C systems in, and looking forward to working with them again for my HVAC needs.
Trey Jackson &Brent Dean just installed 2 ac units and heaters over the past 2 days. They were honest, polite and so friendly while working in unbearable heat. Please ask for them when you need an install They are remarkable young men who I recommend to anyone
We recently experienced a failure of our A/C unit and called a company which we had used before with good success for service. The result of the service was that the unit could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. Having resolved myself to replacing the system, I called Reliable for an estimate. Kevin C., the sales consultant arrived on time as scheduled. Since I had expressed some reservations about the previous company's diagnosis of the problem, Kevin agreed to look at the unit. In short, he was able to diagnosis and repair the unit in less time than the original service. I was impressed with his experience and his methodical approach to solving and repairing the problem. Their estimate was very competitive but beyond that I could not put a value on the "Honesty" and friendly service exhibited by Kevin. A great asset and representative for Reliable. When the time does come to have my system replaced, my first call will be to Kevin at Reliable Heating & Air.
I had new heating and cooling installed recently; Beau Marley and Tevin Bridges were the men who came out. They were both very nice and professional and explained things to me as they worked. The space where the heater and water heater is housed is a very tiny space and it requires someone who can fit thru a mouse hole type opening. Tevin was the one who got thru the mouse hole to do the work and Beau called out instructions. After the installation I discovered my water heater wasn't heating so I called Beau to ask if they could have done something to it and he said he didn't think so but he offered to come back out that night to look at it. I knew his trip would take a while since he lived a good distance from me so I asked him to come by the next morning. Both men returned the next morning and Tevin crawled thru the mouse hole again to discover that the water heater was set to vacation mode, he must have hit a button by mistake when he was working in that tiny area. He apologized many times but I told him I didn't blame him because of the area he had to work. My point here is that another company might have said they weren't responsible and put me off since the water heater wasn't involved in the contract. Beau and Tevin were very kind to return quickly and figure out the problem. I am very pleased with their service.
At 10pm the night before I had to catch an early morning flight, my water heater failed and began slowly leaking into the closet on our main floor. The shutoff valve also failed so that when I attached the garden hose to the unit to drain it, the tank just kept refilling. Perfect. I called Reliable at about 11pm and their answering service contacted one of their technicians, Cain, who called me almost immediately. By midnight, Cain had arrived and proceeded to work through the night to get my water heater replaced and producing hot water in time to catch the plane. The family bedrooms are very close to the water heater, and he worked nearly silently the whole time so as not to wake my sleeping family. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly before he left. I highly recommend both Reliable and Cain for their remarkable level of service.
