Technician (Eugene) came out and quickly identified the issue. Initially, there was a miscommunication on when he would return to do the repair work. (It happens!) When he realized there was an... error...and it was at least partially my fault...he rearranged his schedule and came out pretty late in the evening and did the repair. Jason tried to repair my refrigerator but it was too old, so he only charged me for the call. He listened to what I needed and actually went shopping and found me a new one with just the specifications I need.

Jason was extremely helpful. We had fridge problems and he diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes. The part was ordered, installed the next day, and the fridge is back running like new. I highly recommend Jason to anyone.
Long story short, they never even bothered to show up for the appointment they had set. They asked for a 3 hour window 4 days in advance and I had to call them to see where they were. Then they said they would call and come the next day, that didn't happen either. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I have been ripped off by repairmen often! Jason Ouzts came right away, diagnosed and repaired my dryer at a great price, with a year warranty on the repair. I will use him again because he didn't give me the run-around and my dryer is running like it's brand new.
Jason came to our house the same day I called him and ordered the necessary part for our range right away. He was flexible in working around our schedule in coming back to install the new part and gave us a discount when the part was more than we had expected.
I used Jasonís service for the first time today because I had searched KUDZU.com and found high ratings for his work. The service I received was every bit as excellent as I expected it to be. He diagnosed a problem with my very old MAYTAG dishwasher. As I had feared, the old appliance was not worth saving. I had asked if it should be repaired or replaced. They found that it was rusted internally and the motor had died. He recommended that I replace the dishwasher instead of charging me a lot of money to replace the old parts. He also correctly diagnosed a problem with my clothes dryer. They are ordering the correct Maytag part for the dryer. It will be repaired when the part arrives in a few days. I know the diagnosis is correct because this same dryer had an identical problem some years ago. I've had bad experiences with incompetent repair companies in the past. It is refreshing to find someone who is both competent, honest, and eager to please the customer.
Keith was a no-show for a friday appointment scheduled days in advance and showed up late for the next day. First he said a guy called in sick then changed his story. After spending 4 minutes on my dishwasher he declared we needed a new drain pump but his suppliers are closed on weekends. We rescheduled him to return next week but called morning of and couldnt make it (nor was the part picked up yet and he didnt return messages day before) We called another repairman and turns out it was simply clogged up drain. Simple fix.
I had a problem with my dryer generating heat on Saturday morning. I started looking up businesses that could fix it. I left a message with AAAR. Jason called back on that same day and inspected my dryer. He told me the total cost for the repair which was very reasonable. When he finished my dryer he checked my washer. In addition to the repair he offered additional tips for extending the life of my washer/dryer. He took care of my problem even though he was about to close business for the day. I'll never forget that and that's why I will call him again. Thank you Jason!

I can't say enough good things about Jason & his services. Jason and Robert made a return visit the day before Thanksgiving to finish my washer/dryer repair. It's a stackable unit in a very tight squeeze & not an easy repair job. Jason went above & beyond to get the job done right. I will definitely call them again.
My wall oven would not start. Jason pulled the oven out of the wall. Fixed the problem and returned the oven to its original place. Sounds easy, but it was not. I would use him again and recommend him.
I used this service back in 2011 for my dryer. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and reasonable for the work he did. Therefore, I called him the on Thursday to set up an appointment to take a look at the refrigerator/freezer because it suddenly stopped working. Appointment was setup for Friday at 5pm since he is doing this part time now due to economics. He never showed up and he never called. I called a couple of times trying to reach him to find out if there was some problem and to reschedule. It is now Saturday morning and I still have not heard back from Bobby. I even emailed him from his webpage, but received no contact. I really dislike having service scheduled then not only have a no show, but not even a phone call to alert me to a problem. I think because he is no longer doing this business full time, his options are few. I am sorry it came down to this because I truly liked him and was impressed with his work. Do not bother contacting him as his main focus is not on this business and you may experience the same problem I faced yesterday. I have since called another service and will not give Bobby my business. Edit: Bobby finally called me the next day after I had already written my initial report. I told him then that all he had to have done was to pick up the phone when my appt time was and give me a call. I would have accommodated a change in schedule, but to not communicate until over 12 hours after appt time is unacceptable.
Did contact this customer about the missed appointment to let her know that I was sorry about this issue. We are focused on this business again sorry for the missed appointment.
I called Bobby regarding a washing machine that would not drain. Apparently, his company no longer services my area due to the distance from their shop. However, Bobby asked me specifically what was wrong with the machine and then diagnosed it and talked me through draining and cleaning the filter. Bobby was right. It was a clogged filter and now the washing machine drains like new. That's honesty and integrity. Way to go Bobby. Bravo!
