I just called these guys at 1030am this morning and its 1pm and the problem is fixed. Now I cant guarantee that fast of service for everyone, but the guy was in the neighborhood and so he was here in a flash. Nice. Efficient. Cost was reasonable. And seriously...blessings to the people that unplug toilets!!! It wasnt my fault! I swear! The cleaning people flushed a freaking mopping rag down the toilet!!! But, now its fixed and it was FAST. Thanks AllGood because now we are "All Good!"
Our master bathroom was in serious need of TLC. The old wall-mounted sink had given up the ghost, and a mysterious leak in the shower/bath had kept us from using the tub for way too long. Not only did John replace the sink with an attractive new vanity, he replaced the old pipes and also correctly diagnosed the source of the tub leak, something that many previous plumbers had not been able to do. It turned out that our tub caulk had to be removed and replaced-- something we could do ourselves. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to get the job done, even if it didn't net him more work. Highly recommended.
I called Allgood to come out and fix a shower leak. The plumbers correctly diagnosed the cause and recommended replacing the cartridge. The quote I felt was high ($207) but I was willing to pay as long as there was sufficient warranty behind the repair. However I was told that they were using a non-Delta part that only carried a 90 day warranty. I was not happy with this, paid the service call fee, and sent them away. A few questions come to mind: First of all, why would they send 2 plumbers for such a simple job? Second, why are they buying non-manufacturer parts that offer an almost non-existent warranty? I understand they have a business to run and maintain and that this is a tough economic climate for small businesses but I don't understand why they can't back up there work with a guarantee that recognizes the high level of parts and service that I would think they would want to strive for and maintain. Epilogue: I went to Home Depot and purchased a new Delta cartridge for $40 that carries a 1 year warranty and installed it myself in about 15 mins. So, I basically paid $39 for a second opinion. Lesson learned and glad I didn't make a bigger mistake.

First I would like to say we welcome feedback and are open to criticism. That's often how we learn. It seems as though there were really unanswered questions that led to a bad review. We would always love to talk with our customers and the lines of communication are always open on our end. After researching this call, and speaking with the technician, we believe there may truly be a misunderstanding. We only carry Delta parts for Delta valves. Every truck we own carries 4 of the most common Delta cartridges that we encounter. We literally have over 100 in our warehouse from which we resupply our trucks from. Our technician, John Hutchins, believes the misunderstanding was in a statement that he made about us not purchasing our material from Home Depot. To clarify: We only install parts from the manufactorer when possible. The second question seems to be "why did we send two plumbers on such a simple call"? We are constantly recruiting, and are very selective, when hiring new plumbers. We require all new hires to ride with a veteran technician for a minimum of one week. This is a quality control and training effort on our part. We want them to do things the "Allgood" way. In addition to this we have a training manager that spends 3 days per week riding with different technicians. This allows us to constantly hone our skills and pursue constant improvement. My experience with Allgood was fantastic! I called in after having an EXTREMELY high water bill, which naturally I freaked over. The girls at the office were very prompt with the scheduling, and were even able to get me on that same day! Not long after I received a phone call and an email of the technician who was coming out, that included a little bio on him. (nice touch!) The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. It took him only two hours to repair. He was very friendly and diligent in getting the job done. It was very reasonably priced, and I was amazed at their responsiveness. I definitely will be telling my friends about Allgood!

Customer service & technician were great but I feel 100% RIPPED OFF by the cost for repairs. AllGood does flat fee job quote. Their quote seemed a little high, but it was a Friday and I didn't want my plumbing leaking in my crawl space all weekend. Tech said it would probably take him 5-6 hours or LONGER. Came back 2 hours later with parts & another plumber came to help, 2 1/2 hours later they were done. Suddenly the price I paid was MORE than little high, working out to about $250/hour PER each plumber. I signed the contract so I sucked it up and paid it. They did a great job on the actual repair but I would NEVER call them again. I called office to discuss & they said I agreed to the price and that was the price. I guess they made a really good profit on my job but lost a potential long term client. MORAL: Get two bids if spending more than $500. Check to see if they are really local. Wiser but poorer.
Our attempt was sincere in that we recognized the extent of the situation and responded to it by allocating a second plumber to expedite the job. The bulk of the complaint seems to revolve around the length of time our technicians took to complete the job. We have highly skilled technicians who often make complicated jobs look easier than they are. We also have the proper tools and training. If we had sent a less experienced technician, and he had taken twice as long, and he had not done as good of a job, would you then feel as though you received a better value? The locality of our physical office is of no bearing whatsoever on the cost. Our technicians travel from job to job, not from our office. We appreciate the review, we are sorry you didn't like the price, we are happy you like the quality and service you received. Companies should beware, this customer will determine your worth, not based on quality or service, but rather on proximity and time on site.
These guys were there when we needed them. They were honest, upfront, and professional. Not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Unfortunately I had to update this review as Allgood plumbing never returned to my house too finish the shower knob job that was started. After almost 8 months and several phone calls and a once again leaky shower knob I called someone else to finish the job and I am so glad I did.

We called 2 weeks in advance to schedule a plumber and electrician for our kitchen renovation. The company said they would have someone there between 8-10am. My contractor came from out of state for a special trip. By 11am, there was noone present. By 4pm, a technician came, looked at the job and said he did not have the equipment to complete the job, and would not be back for another 2 weeks. Very poor service. The same kind of story happened with the plumber we requested as well. Will not be using them again.
We believe this customer has selected the wrong company to review. We never provide two hour windows for our technicians to arrive in. Allgood always gives a four hour window, with a follow-up call thirty minutes to an hour before we arrive as a courtesy. They also always come in a fully stocked truck with all materials, and if a specialty part is required, we will run to the nearest supply house. We would never leave a customer high and dry without delivering.
On moving day, we noticed that our new home only had a gas hookup for the dryer. That doesn't work well if you have an electric dryer. I panicked because I had multiple loads of laundry that needed to get done - including soiled cloth diapers. Andrew F was able to come out the next morning to put in the outlet. He was efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. He even helped my husband and father move the dryer from the garage to the utility room. Hated having to spend $750 but better than replacing my $1000 dryer!
We had a main water line leak between the meter and the house on a holiday weekend. Yep, scary stuff. I called our "regular" plumbing company only to be told they couldn't even send anyone to look at the situation for 5-7 days! Read the reviews on Kudzu for Allgood and gave them a call Saturday afternoon. Tammi was sympathetic and sweet, dispatching Jared out to our place that afternoon. He arrived, assessed the situation and laid out all of our options and pricing. We decided to forgo any further issues and just replace the ancient line once and for all. He managed to get a crew scheduled for Monday afternoon to dig out the old and lay down the new water pipe. By 4 pm, we were up and running again. Thanks for the excellent service! Allgood is now my "regular" plumbing and electrical company.
Allgood showed up on schedule and provided a thorough written estimate and stayed on the budget. The work extended over several days. They communicated well. Andrew is polite, professional and takes pride in his work.

Andrew provided great service and was knowledgable and courteous along with being efficient as well - I would definitely call upon Allgood's electrical (and plumbing too although I did not on this appointment) services again!

Customer service was phenomenal, and Andrew F., the electrician was very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. He provided more than just service. He provided safety, support, and knowledge. My family will be using AllGood for our go-to electrical and plumbing needs.
