GREAT AND QUICK RESPONSE ON ANOTHER PROBLEM

I had to call them back due to my dusk/dawn light stopped working. I sent them an email the night that it did not work and they called me back the next morning and gave me a time that they would be here to check the problem out. The technician was Matt and he was great again. He was here earlier than the time that they said they would be here He went right up and checked the wiring and then he found that the sensor was loose,now everything is working great again. This is a great company and I would reccommend them to anyone. The technician, Matt, and the company are very professional.

Glad we called

We would like to thank Nate, and the guys for all they have done in helping us finish our basement. We had called several sub contractors out for estimates, but based on reviews and their prices were really glad we used these guys. Highly recommend.

Satisfied customer.

Called Craftsmen to help debug a wiring problem in the house. At the appointment time, a technician (Alan) in a "Lightning Bug Electric" truck showed up instead. These two must be the same company. Alan did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional. Their prices are on the high end, but I am pleased with the work quality.

Professional, Courteous, Tidy, Affordable

Joey installed two television cable outlets in my home. He was professional and reasonably priced. From the moment he arrived he was courteous and respectful. Before entering my home, he put disposable paper slippers over his shoes to ensure no dirt was tracked into my home; I really appreciated that. He also cleaned up afterward and left my home in order. I highly recommend his services and would use him again for any electrical jobs I have.
