My builder put this company over HVAC in my neighborhood. They haven't been able to fix my unit after several attempts. This company is no good.

This Is Why I Feel You All Are A Bunch OF RIP OFFs Due to the fact I Have a Bill For $1800.00, Which my air conditioner is doing the exact same thing it was doing before I call your sorry company out to my home. YOU ALL DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER!!! There was nothing wrong with my compressor. When I first contact you all I stated that my air conditioner was not staying cool and the rep says the mechanic was going to come out and do a diagnostic test. NO test was done. Admit that!!! You just don't want to admit that your mechanic misdiagnosed my unit to keep from giving my money back. I request that you all come and get your compressor and refund me my money. I am letting everyone know that you all are rip offs, and Home Depot is too for referring you all.

We were able to locate your information by your name. After researching this concern, it looks like there are some discrepancies. We did come to your home on June 19, 2014 to diagnose a system that was not working. Our technician found that the system had a compressor that had gone bad. We replaced the compressor on June 23, 2014. On June 30, 2014 you called our office to let us know that your system wasn’t cooling properly. Upon arrival, our technician found that your system was low two pounds of Freon. At no charge, we performed a leak search and found that your evaporator coil had a leak. This was not detected when the compressor was found bad the first visit, the compressor is a lot like a car engine, if it’s not working you cannot detect any other issues. We had to get the compressor running first. We did not charge anything for this return visit. Our office followed up with you the same day with a price for a new coil and a price to replace the system along with a $1000.00 discount. We provided the discount to you because we did understand you just replaced the compressor and wanted to provide assistance. This discount is still available for you. Please call our office from 8am – 6pm to discuss how we can move forward.

After going thru several other companies that sent less than trustworthy technicians I contacted Metro Mechanical, Inc. Raymond Harding arrived on time, thoroughly accessed the problem and made the needed repair. He did not make me feel like he was rushing and explained what he was doing as he worked. I must say that Mr. Harding provided some of the best customer service I have received in many years. On Jan.30th I called Metro Mechanical for a unit not working properly. The ladies I spoke with were very caring and most professional.There was not a service opening on this day, however, if one became available they would call back. Within 1 hour, they called back and a appointment was made for that afternoon. A time was given for the service tech to arrive,and within 10 minutes he arrived. You just can't get much better than that coming 50 miles in Atlanta traffic. I explained the problem to the service tech Steve, and he completely checked out the unit. I even learned some things I didn't know. He found the contactor was bad and replaced it. Everything works fine now and I am well pleased with the work that was done. This is a great company to use for all your hvac work. From the ladies answering the phones to the service tech, this was a most delightful experience. Try Metro Mechanical, you will be glad you did.

Our family bought a new home in 2012 and the HVAC system was installed by Metro mechanical. After moving in we noticed that the master suite was very cold in the winter (if it was in the 30's outside the master suite was 55 degrees or cooler). We had several technicians come out to look at the system over more than a year. All of them except Raymond Harding said that there was little they could do. One of the techs that came to our house actually told me that the thermometer I used to measure the temperature in the house was cheap and inaccurate. Raymond listened to the problem and checked a few things, conferred with his boss and came up with a viable quick solution. Kudos to Raymond and his manager for finally getting this problem fixed.

Good communication and cordial staff. Raymond Harding was great when he was at the house fixing the issue we experienced. He also checked other things he wasnt there for and answered my questions about best practices (ie. leaving bedroom doors and vents open) for unoccupied areas. The home office offered great communication letting us know when and where the technicians were located the day of repair. Overall very happy with Metro.
