Appears to know what he's doing, but does not!
We were very disappointed in our final product. We have loose tiles, grout coming up and it's only been two weeks since the job was completed. We were told by SMR that he would come back and address issues but he has not shown up and now has a message on his phone saying he can't be reached. Now we're left with having to get someone else to come in and redo his shabby work. I do not recommend them, obviously

Not Atlanta's best tile service
SMR Tile does not offer Kudzu's "Atlanta' best services". SMR was the worst tile service based on our experience as well as other tile professionals that we've had to now come in and complete his work. SMR improperly tiled our bathrooms, did not come back to finish or rectify the job, did not return our calls but took our money and ran! Based on our first and last recent experience with SMR, we stronly urge you NOT to use them!

Outstanding Job
I called them to tile the entrance way to my theater room they came in did a free estimate and came back the next day to install the floor. It looks better than I expected. They did a wonderful job and they were very nice and knowledgable.
