Customer service lacking
I had my bridal party scheduled for mani/pedis the day before my wedding and we were 10 minutes late and turned away in a very rude, abrupt manner. I'd gone here several times and enjoyed my service and was looking forward to sharing it with my friends but was embarrassed by their customer service. Granted we were late but considering you have to usually wait for them, what ever happened to quality customer service and the customer always being right? Especially the day before a wedding?! We went to an Asian nail place instead and got better service in faster time.

best place for a relaxing mani/pedi
I absolutely love Star at the Brookhaven location. Whenever I'm on that side of town, I make a point to see her for the best mani-pedis in town (and yet still reasonably priced.)

Great place to relax and get a good pedi!
Although a bit more pricey, 10ten is a great spot to destress. It is VERY clean and airy. I've been there multiple times and have always had great service. It is a peaceful, relaxing experience - I've fallen asleep during these pedis multiple times!

On a side note - this is a great spot for a bachelorette party. Natural body (who owns 10ten) is right across the street, so you have a lot of options for all your girls. Just make sure to get there on time - they fill up fast on appointments - call ahead of time!

Expensive
This is a very fancy nail salon that charges alot more than the standard one, but they do a nice job. There are no blades or cutting.

Oh, I don't know
I was so excited about this place. Maybe my expectations were a bit high, but I have tried it 3 times and found it a bit disappointing for the price each time. It is a stunningly beautiful salon, that's true. The quality was good, but the service was a bit abrupt / distracted, and the staff doesn't do a good job of instructing you on where they want you to go, what to do, etc., so you sometimes find yourself sort of wandering around (once for more than 15 minutes past my appointment time). They don't do a good job of explaining the different services (the "elements"). The staff also seemed distracted during my service itself, talking to each other and gossiping, which I would expect in a low-cost place but not at this price. I did love the lie-back chairs during the pedi though. I think a traditional dayspa is the way to go if you want a special mani-pedi, rather than your weekly job at the quickie nail salons.
These problems could be easily fixed with some customer service training for staff though. I hope this place makes it, it could be really special.
