Disappeared once they got paid.....
North GA Roof and Restoration replaced my roof last summer and did a great job. However, in the process they damaged 3 window screens. The manager promptly came out and promised to replace them - and not to worry and pay the final invoice since the 3 screens were not a big deal - I had his word. Right! 9 months later I am still waiting on my screens to be replaced. I called several times and got the run around. 1st time they had to be special ordered. 2nd time they were picked up but blew off the truck on GA 400. 3rd time they never called back. Poor service - there are a lot of roofing companies out there. Find someone who treats their customers right and honor their word!

I apologize this happened. I’m not familiar with this situation but would be more than happy to resolve it for you. If you don’t mind giving me a call and letting me know you contact information so I can come out and measure the windows that are missing screens and order then right away.
