Very Unprofessional, 8/22/2014

This place is very tacky and not professional. My stylist was Tasha and she definetly could use classes on how to keep and treat customers. Very below par service. No matter how well you think you... can do hair doesn't mean you get the green light to be unprofessional. I would recommend going else where unless your ok with the lack of good customer service. In addition it is not ok to do someones hair and be leaning over them while on your cell phone. That's what a receptionist is for.

Yes The Price Is High But My Hair Is Beautiful...., 7/22/2013

Sandra does my hair and she is excellent at what she does and because of that I bring my books in to read while I wait and if I can't reach her or the salon I'll drive up there to get my questions... answered. I don't have time to be hair salon hopping. She is sweet and kind her technique is excellent. I got my first sew-in ever in April. I explained to her that I needed to get through the summer months without worrying about my hair. I was so confused because I've never had a sew-in before. Since I play tennis religiously three times a week, practice and teach yoga I needed my hair to be maintained without getting perms every eight weeks. I decided to make an investment in the care of my hair. Sandra picked the hair from her selection that was appropriate for my hair texture. To make a long story short. I have never seen a weave like this...my hair looks so natural. I can wear a ponytail.. My braids underneath are so neat and perfect. The hair was a perfect match. My husband is so picky...but he loves it. I catch him staring sometimes. A stylish/owner of a salon in NY commented on her excellent technique. She maintains my hair every two weeks. My goal is to keep my weave until October. The hair last for a year and redo every 12 weeks. I want to say so much more - but I will end by saying I've been to "Professional" salons here in Atlanta the owners have been rude or have out right lied about services. So since I'm pleased with Sandra I think I'll stay a while

Overpriced but, Maybe You Get What You Pay For

I think this place charges wayyyyy to much for weaves. I eventually convinced one of the stylist to do my hair "on the side". I will say however that they do do a good job and is probably the best place to go in Cobb. They also sell very high quality hair but if you want something more reasonable, you can buy hair at the beauty store in the shopping center behind the salon.

Unprofessional

I rave about their hairstyling all the time. But my issue with them is professionalism. You shouldn't have to make 6 phone calls to get an appointment. They charge so much money, you would expect them to provide better customer service than they do. My hair always looks good, but the customer service is truly lacking.

Over Rated and Not Dedicated

The price is too high. Customers should not have to deal with the corner dude selling his fragances. The stylists stay on their cell phones too much. They do not listen to the customers and the consultation is a joke.

Love Huguette

I have natural hair and get it pressed every week. Huguette does a great job. People always think I have a perm because my hair is so straight.

For great sew ins ask for LaShonda!!!

I have been to Lashonda at the Hair Weaving Center on multiple occassions and each time she provides me with a style to die for. Her sew ins are always on point. She has "magic" fingers. I am very tender headed and she makes tight secure braids under the sew in without hurting and pinching your scalp. She is worth every penny.
