Several issues, 8/28/2008

We had MLC install a new shower and tile floor in our master bath with heat below the tile floor. They took twice as long as they said to install. The floor worked great for about 2 months then... stopped heating. Upon inspection from MLC and the product vendor it was found that MLC did not follow the manufacturers instr to install and wires below the floor eventually severed. They replaced the floor and heating completely with no additional cost to us. After about 6 months from the install of the second floor the tiles (12x12) in front of the bathroom are noticably loose as you could hear them move as you step on them. The grout between was cracking. We again called them and they are is the process of again ripping up the floor to replace once more. They contribute our second problem to the grout. This whole process has happened over a course of about 2 years. We are usually the ones calling them to ask when they will repair our floor. They have been very nice about it but it's been a pain and inconvenience. If we ever need addional flooring, I would not use them again.
