Worst experience ever, 7/03/2014

The staff at Amore Management is incredibly rude. I lived in one of their locations for a year and couldn't wait to end my lease. The staff puts on an act when you are a potential renter, and once... you sign your lease, they don't care about you at all anymore. Anytime I called to ask questions, I was treated like I was an idiot or it didn't matter. There are plenty of other rental companies out there with professional employees, so I suggest everyone stays away from Amore Management if you want a pleasant experience.

Definitely one of the best, 9/11/2012

Closeness to all kinds of shopping, solidity of construction, the immaculateness of the grounds & the fast response to any kinds of problems were icing. The apts are run by two very pleasant &... sympathetic mgrs. The apts felt very safe & neighbors were friendly & quiet. It was a very pleasant place to live. Pricing was close to what much busier (10-story bldgs!) or scarier places in town wanted. Utility costs were low. What more do you want?

Worst management ever

This is probably the worst management company that I have ever had to deal with. I have had my fair share of landlords and this is by far the worst company to live with. Let's me start off that the resident manager no showed twice to show me the apartment...then when I finally got to see it and was ready to sign the lease and pay my security deposit he no showed again for me to sign the lease. Also, I was lied to the brochure that they had at the resident managers office said $99 deposit when it was infact $400...quite a difference. And also that the rent was $650 when it was really $705. So, I started to move in and what was supposed to be a remodeled apartment and was paying an extra $50 a month to be in a remodeled apartment. Well there was nothing remodeled about this apartment...it was the exact same as the other apartments that were being rented for less. After complaining to the resident manager several times, it took me calling the corporate office to finally have them get started on the remodeling....after I had already moved in. It has now been almost 5 months since I moved in and they still aren't finished with the apartment. Also, there are stink bugs and millipeds everywhere in the apartment. I complained several times and nothing has been done about this issue. Also, the main guy in charge, Bill, is a complete jerk. He is rude and does not care about any of your problems and basically tells you that he has a lot going on and you are no priority.
