Higher prices, but good quality service
You may pay alittle more but the service and quality are top notch. Not sure owner is always on jobs, but workers are able to communicate so it helps!

Gibbs
Ifound out today that someone posted a terrible message about Gibbs landscaped company on my profile.And i'm going to find out who it was and get the matter taken care of.A few weeks ago i spoke to a gentleman about a situation that i had with one of the staff members,and he apologized and explained to me about what happened.So today i got a call from the same gentleman to tell me about a post that he saw on my page today. And as soon as we got off the phone i went to my page and saw what he was talking about.All i want to do is apologize to him and the company. He took care of the matter weeks ago and he is a very nice guy.Gibbs takes pride in all the work they do. Thanks!

Amazing transformation/ Excellent Service
We had Gibbs Landscape design a new outdoor space and fix a drainage problem in our small backyard! We called them based on their reputation despite our concern with paying a higher price. Well from day one we were impressed with their architect, Michael Gregory. He was professional and knowledgeable and held our hand every step of the way. He didnt try to oversell and gave us great advice! He ultimately provided a beautiful and practical design within our budget. The crew did an amazing JOB and executed the job on time and with attention to detail! Alex Badilla, installation manager and Felipe Manual, team supervisor ran our job as if it were a million dollar house. The crew made adjustments while on the job with a smile and the utmost respect!! We would highly recommend them and use them again for remaining projects. Worth every penny and an absolute pleasure to work with! Also Brenda Tucker in accounting was a pleasure!

dont leave a message
could not get a call back when i left message and the only way to get work done is to have initial sprinkler installtion donewith company or enter into a service maintenace agreement..

I have personally spoken to the above reviewer "eshager" today immediately after we received this review. I explained again to the potential client that we only provide irrigation services to our landscape maintenance customers. We do not provide irrigation services as a stand alone projects. I apologized that we were not able to help him with his irrigation project. The poster was greeted by a live person on his original call but was transferred to an employee our receptionist thought could help him best with his request. A little more than one business day passed before this information was communicated to him. Exceptional landscape design and maintenance
We used Gibbs to landscape the new home we had recently purchased. They did a fantastic job. Our landscape architect was very talented. Gibbs has been maintaining our new landscape as well and the service is great. We have never had a better experience with anyone who has done work for us.
I highly recommend visiting Gibbs Gardens as well. The owner has spent 30 years developing one of the countries finest gardens. The Japanese gardens are amazing. You can really see the kind of work Gibbs does when visiting.

Outstanding
Gibbs just completed redoing our entire backyard and we are so pleased. Greg Whitfield was the architect and he was excellent--his attention to detail is outstanding. Their crews were great and very professional. You do pay a little more for Gibbs, but you very definitely get what you pay for!!
