Two Time No Show

Really disappointed in this one. Had two appointments scheduled during the last week. They failed to show and failed to call both times. We'll look for someone else.

We received the call on a Friday and scheduled the appointment for Monday (only 1 appointment). The scheduled estimate was for outside stucco or roof repairs that required the use of 40 foot ladder just to look at what the damage may be. Monday we were hit with alot of rain and heavy winds for a good portion of the day, my crew and I called it a day. Climbing on tall ladders and steep roofs in wet conditions is obviously not safe. Later in the day I did get side tracked and I do appoligize for not calling to re-schedule the appointment in a timely manner, but I was called by the client about 35 minutes past the time of our appointment and was told that I must not be interested and he was going to call someone else. I would have been happy to re-schedule the following day. I have been on Kudzu for years and would never do anything to intentionally fail my clients. I never got the opportunity to meet this gentleman, but I wish him well and thank him for calling on us.

Metro Handyman rocks!

Mike and crew worked on my deck, replacing siding as well as doing some painting. They are good hardworking, honest folks, and they did a terrific job for a fair price. I know who to call next time I need something done!

Good work...

It can be a challenge to catch up to him, but if you are able to do so, he does quality work. Gives free written estimates and payment receipts.

Didn't do anything for me

I called about a replacing the fascia board/flashing behind a section of gutter. They came an looked to give me an estimate, but said they didn't see anything. I told him he couldn't see it from the ground - he would need a ladder. He said he would come by after the completed a job they were working on that was using all their ladders. I never heard from them again.

Totally my fault. We are in the middle of three whole house exterior paints and the ladders were tied up, but that is no excuse. The potential client should have been called and informed of what was going on. Will not happen again. Potential client will be called and apologized to and offered discounted services

Good Folks - Quality Work - Reasonable Price

Mike and his crew unclogged gutters/downspouts, pressure washed fieldstone patio/walkways and painted a fence section. On time arrival, excellent work and great attitudes my entire crew. Couldn't ask for anything more. Recommend highly!

absolutely would use them again

Mike & his crew were super. They were on time, neat, and conscientious. I gave them quite a list: flooring, electrical, exterior work, etc. They communicated well in regards to scheduling and I appreciated their flexibility. I would definitely use them again.
