Started out Strong...Went out with a Bang
I found Agropro here on Kudzu. They came out and sold me on their abilities. I purchased their high-end package. The first spring and summer went well. Then came the spring of this year. Agropro was scheduled to come out and aerate my Zoysia. But the day before there was a heavy rainfall. I called Agropro and expressed my concern of having the heavy aeration machines on my Zoysia the next day. The lady assured me that they would not aerate if it was too wet. The next day two guys from Agropro ran two aerators over my lawn. The results were disastrous. Turf was torn from the ground all over the lawn where they made their quick turns. I spent the next several weeks trying to patch and repair the lawn. For a month you could see the tracks from the aerators embedded in the lawn. Six weeks later and 20% of my yard is brown and dying while the rest of the zoysia in my neighborhood thrives. I called Agropro and explained what happened. I also voiced dissatisfaction at the poor results on my fescue. She asked if the owner could call me to discuss and I said yes, please. Two weeks later and no call from Agropro. So my front yard is much worse than when they started and my backyard has no improvement. The lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple phone call might have spared Agropro of this bad review.

Great Customer Service
Agropro has been treating my lawn for over a year and they have done a tremendous job. The technicians are always happy to stop and answer questions and give advice. The owner is quick to address any issues that may arise.

Great Service
I have been using Agropro for about two years now and have been very impressed. The service techs always come as scheduled and leave detailed recommendations/reports. The owner is very involved and extremely knowledgable about lawn care. The pricing is very competitive and the lawn looks great. I have used other lawn companies in the past and had too many issues. Agropro just runs smoothly (correct billing, great service, prefect results).

What a difference!
We hired to Agropro about two years ago after our new sod started looking more like weeds than grass. It looks great, even with the summer heat. Highly recommend.

Yard is looking good!
We signed up with these folks in the spring. Our yard looks better this year than it has in 5 years. The only problem is, I have more to mow. We also signed up for the plant service. Our bushes, roses and every thing else is growing like crazy. I have asked the tech questions when he comes out for service. He always takes the time to address my questions/concerns. We have dogs and the advance notice is greatly appreciated. Good job for a reasonable price!
