Collins Comfort Masters replaced one of our AC units. Boomer and Paul were here for a couple of days getting the new unit installed and setting up zoning. They were professional, honest and upfront, kind and respectful. Stuart did a great job repairing the drywall to accommodate the zoning. Will definitely use Collins Comfort Masters again!

We were desperate for help after our ac unit went out on one of the hottest days of summer. My dad recommended Garys AC. What an amazing man...on last minutes notice he was at our house repairing our unit. Within minutes he had it back up running. I had a service plan with the big AC company in Phoenix for many years. At first I was very happy with them but as time went on I noticed the people they sent seemed less and less qualified and they never left without trying to upgrade my service to include plumbing and drain cleaning. I decided not to renew my plan and after careful research decided I would give Magic Touch a go and see if they were the same as the others or if what other people were saying about them was really true. I could not be happier that I let the other company go. From the first inspection I could tell these guys were actual ac mechanics and not sales people. I finally decided today to buy a service plan with them...
Henry's A Good Guy
I've worked with Henry on multiple occasions over the last several years. He came recommended from a friend and he's helped out my parents as well. He's a good guy; will squeeze you in if your A/C quits working on you suddenly and works for a fix without pushing you to replace the whole unit. He doesn't charge you $85 just to see what the problem is either (like some OTHER companies)...
Our A/C went out Thursday evening so I called Hays Cooling and Heating because having used them in the past. The tech who came was Frank who went to work immediately and located the problem as the capacitor. He had one, changed it out and then told me how to do maintenance myself. Within an hour all was done and I was able to use a credit card right there with the square app feature. Frank is a very good tech and Hays should keep him around.
