Great workout, great instructors. I truly believe kickboxing helped with my stamina during my 10K. I felt great the whole run (and I'm not a runner) and probably could have kept going! I attribute my strength to kickboxing! The instructors are very friendly and helpful, I've been going for a few months, but I've seen them with new people and they're very attentive to make sure new kickboxers feel comfortable with the moves. The hour long workout goes by quickly and I feel energized afterwards.

Plank 360 is the best way of exercise of core without getting down to the floor. The easiest way to exercise. I would highly recommend this amazing device to all.

I recently found Melt Ladera trough a friend of mine, who has heated yoga classes there, for a while now, and she loves it. I never heard of hot yoga before (in fact, I never practiced any type of yoga - heated or not- before!), but since my friend talks so much about it, I decided I'd give it a try. I purchased the introductory unlimited yoga classes for 30 days, for just $49 (great price!) and I love it! The space is always so nice and clean; the owner (Kelly) and her husband are super friendly and professional; the instructors are amazing, very understanding and helpful to a beginner like me. My schedule is a bit limited, but I'm trying to go as much as I can; I'm addicted. :)
