I called the dealership as soon as they opened to see if they could do a same-day check up. Sure enough, they got me in that morning. Brought my car in for standard maintenance and was assisted by Michael Dizacomo. Really genuine, nice guy from the start. After they had done the standard maintenance, he called to let me know some of the other issues that might require attention on my car. Unlike other shops/dealerships, he didn't try to hard sell me on all of them (as a female who brought the car in myself, I really appreciated it, and he spoke with me very professionally).
