Just had some repairs done on my air conditioner, so glad i called them. They were on time, found what was causing my system to not cool at its optimal capacity, the repairs were affordable, service tech wasn't try to sell me everything i didn't need, like most companies do. Did the repairs and a maintenance and its running like new. Liked their service so much I purchased a home service plan, to keep my ac running and cooling for the long haul.
Hardworking and Honest are the two words that describe the owner Jon and his staff. I've been searching and examining for months at various companies to get estimation for installing 2 Split AC systems for my house. Out of 8 estimates I got, Specialized Mechanical came out on top by a fairly large margin. Day of the install came and the technicians Art and Jared appeared exactly at the time promised. Got straight to work, explained how everything works, polite and were organized. They made sure that both systems were installed and working well that same day! Unreal Service and Professionalism!
Furnace running well.
Called and spoke with Orlando. Made appointment for the next day. Eric arrived promptly, gave me a business card, checked out the furnace, described the services he performed (checked vents, filter, thermostat, checked for gas leaks, ignition process). Eric said he pulled the flame rod out and cleaned off oxidation to prevent a future ignition failure due to dirty sensing rod. There was no major air leaks in ducting. Furnace running well. Eric was courteous, informative, professional. All done for the special 69.00 furnace check.
"Note to self: messing around with coils and condenser system to try and fix my own AC is not a good call. With a book from Home Depot in one hand and a pair of plyers in the other, I was unsuccessful at fixing an air conditioning unit that was on the fritz. I checked around with a few different companies and finally settled on Airmakers, told the guy my situation and he promptly instructed me that what I did was quite dangerous. So I through the Home Depot book in the trash and just had Airmakers work on it. He knew exactly what the problem was and it took him about two hours to get it working properly. The solution had nothing to do with coils or condenser, but something with my...
I found Morey on a website for business that service Trane AC units. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the woman who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment. They called me 30 minutes before the repair person was due to arrive and let me know his name. I really liked that. The person who came out was John. He was knowledgeable and professional. We would happily refer this business to anyone and will use them in the future.
