I approached this dealership via internet for a 2018 Outback and my sales person was Eric Howard. He was very responsive and arranged for the sales transaction completely over the internet which was a must for me. No phone calls, no come sit down in the dealership for 2 hours of back and forth so we can beat you up into a sale. Eric got the price negotiated, paperwork ready and the car detailed. I showed up at the dealership was greeted by him. He gave me a tour of the car. The paperwork including Subaru financing was ready to go and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

He apprised my situation with my Lexus and very calmly explained to me the results of the last three visits that I had with the dealership. In doing so, he pointed out what was still outstanding and what was required to keep your vehicle and it's usual excellent condition.
