This shop has closed its doors
The recession hit this store....It's doors have closed. They have a web site where one can still order products.
A Great Find in Los Altos
I was down in Los Altos visiting some friends who recently moved there and stumbled upon this great LYS. It was a Sunday afternoon, and not much was open in this sleepy town. Full Thread Ahead had some great yarns in fabulous colors. After much debate, I settled on some Art Yarns (which was on sale). Jennifer, who was working at the time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on returning the next time I'm in the area. The only drawback is that they were a little short on needles. Otherwise, I really liked this store a lot. I wish I could afford the Australian Cashmere.
Cool Crafty store
I love going to this place when I feel all crafty and artisy. They have unnumber of beads, from different colors to different styles, to different shapes and their origins. Its soo much fun and cheap.
They have a good selection of yarns that might be of interest to some people. They also have a nice couch while you wait for people to buy stuff.
A Valley Classic
D & J is a must destination for anyone interested in models. Providing the greatest service and their masterful knowledge, they make everyone, even novice crafters, feel welcome.
