My experience at toyota
I recently visited Lia Toyota of Northampton to have my car serviced and while I was waiting I spoke to a salesman named Jerzy about what my options were at the end of my lease... He helped me to get out of my lease a bit early and into the car of my dreams! A brand new Toyota Avalon! Comfort and class! Thank you again Jerzy... I LOVE MY CAR!
Stars Are Aligned
Wow - I guess the stars are aligned for me. I called Lynch service department for a routine oil change, the lady set me up with a "wait for" appointment for the next day. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes.. Another time I found a nail in my tire, they considered it an emergency and took me right in. Their customer wait area is clean and modern. As an aside - If you are looking for a new car I'd suggest going to the AAA or KBB website, find the car plus options you want and then ask the dealers to give you their LOWEST "out the door cash price". That will give you an idea of which dealer has a location and price you can live with. Check the same sites for a guess on the value...
Salesman went the extra mile
I previously purchased a Crv from John and had such a seamless transaction. So I was looking to upgrade to newer model and went straight back to John Bycenski .I received the same great customer service as I had before. He explained all the new options and walked me through how to use them. I would recommend Lis and especially John.
Another great experience
