Continues Outstanding Service
I wish to thank Serisa Blackmer for the outstanding service. I took my 2015 Sonata in for my initial vist and was met at the car by Serisa who quickly took care of all the paperwork and was completely done with my first service in 40 minutes. The short wait was enjoyable and the service was great. Thanks again to Hollar Hyundai for a great organization.
Melissa & Rick are always willing to help & go out of their way to get things done. Cost-effectively. They are definitely an asset to the company
They even tell you about proactive measures about your car. Hourly rates are on the high side, but he's and independent so that would possibly be the explanation.

Through 6 vehicles,Randy is the leading expert on A/C, if he can't fix it.. Always the most honest also. Can't recall how many times I had a Major problem that he rediagnosed and it was really simple,a really great human and a/c expert.Next to Club Juana-or where it was.....dmicohen
