I went into this antique store with very low expectations. Having antiqued all over the US in little quaint towns with cool stores in old barns, cottages, and sweet country towns I didn't expect much of this glass fronted store in a strip center. What a pleasant surprise. From the moment I entered the doors it was warm and inviting. Each booth was a vignette. From the beautiful primitive and garden antiques at the front door to the victorian furniture I was easily able to forget the exterior and it's glass front. I collect vintage rhinestone jewelry and I found some amazing very reasonable pieces. I am so happy to have found this store so close to my home. It was so much better than...
good place to buy furniture
overall a very good place to buy furniture. I also like Bear's but Office Bargain Center is much better priced.
The Standard For Musical Repair in PBC!
I love places that don't jerk you around. There's no hogwash here. You gotta problem? They'll tell you what it's REALLY going to cost, and tell you exactly when it will be ready. They do great work on vintage gear too. If you haven't stopped in, and you're a local musician, make it a priority. They'll remember your name.
Nice to deal with & cute finds
This place has something for everyone. They had a small map of different shops in the area too. They take special orders on some items (handmade furniture and items that can be found in the Country Sampler). Location is on US1, but so are several more (down the street).
How fun, & exciting to have this shop close to or home. Nice warm welcome, thanks bunches back soon.
