Excellent Service Department
We had our 2004 Odyssey serviced in the second week of May 2014. It had developed three of the common faults with these minivans: SRS light on (free driver's seat belt replacement), rear passenger vent window motor failure ($279), and two failed motor mounts ($650 minus a $100 coupon). It also got the free airbag sensor recall done. The costs seemed in line with what other owners reported in the various internet forums. The HMOG service department did a nice clean job on everything and honored their quoted prices with no upcharges. All my expectations were met, including lots of fresh coffee in the waiting room.

The best experience by far buying a car my grand daughter started the call and handed me the phone. I thought I was going to here a sales pitch but to my surprise it was a friendly young lady named Alexxus. She talked to me about features and trims and even help me get a visual of what was available on the lot. I had no choice but to get my grand baby up there. We walked away with a brand new Malibu. And we didn't pay to much. I checked!!!! Defiantly recommend Alexxus for on the fence buyers she didn't pressure me or show any bias she just gave me the facts and I liked what she said and so did my grand daughter. Thanks again!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Sutherlin and our experience was amazing! I always hate shopping for cars because I feel you are pressured into a lot of things you aren't wanting, but not here. Our associate was Cass Warner and I can't say enough nice things about him! He ran the numbers for my husband and I before we even went outside to look at the selection to know what was in our price range.
