Good news and bad news... The good news is that I have found a mechanic to replace my dealership. For the past 17 years my 4Runner has been cared for exclusively by Stone Mountain Toyota. Over the past several years there has been a steady deterioration in the quality of service that I have received. The last time I took my 4Runner there for service will be the last time I take my car to that dealership. The service that my car received at Ozzi's Automotive was memorable. 25+ Year History of Great Service and Honorability
My family and I have been bringing our personal and business vehicles to this establishment for over 25 years...I am fairly certain that we have had - at least - 13 cars and trucks that were taken care of - exceptionally well - at the RAC. Not only have they been honest, shown superior craftsmanship and expertise but have gone - above and beyond any normal amount of trust and care to have provided service to some along the way who needed some extra help. There is not a company in this area that provides any better service, dignity or honor to helping serve their customers. Don't be fooled by a very few unhappy (probable) competetors who are vengeful and trying to cause unjustifiable...
Helpful Service Advisor
I had originally called Nalley Nissan about a message that popped up on my car. They didn't want to help me and kept pushing me to bring my car in. I called Regal for a second opinion. A service adviser Chris asked me a few questions and then told me it's a reminder to take my car in for regular maintenance. And since I had it looked at just two months ago for several issues, he said I can reset the reminder myself and walked me through it on the phone. And it worked! The message stopped popping up! Chris was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully my car doesn't need to be taken in for maintenance for a while, but if it does, I'm taking it to Regal and asking for Chris!
Did my research and found THE BEST!
My brand new car was damaged in a parking lot. I searched the local services and got several quotes. I am so glad I found Atlanta Dent Company. They provided superb service and were reasonably priced. Mr. Marquece Little was the Collision Specialist who worked with me. His professional manner and knowledgeable approach was stellar. Excellent and Professional Service!
Our family has known Alex and his father for almost 20 years and they have always done excellent work on our cars, we trust no one else. In fact all the cars we own, we bought through either of them. Alex is very detailed and will make sure everything is working properly before he turns your car back over to you. He also honors warranties on parts and labor if anything goes wrong, and his prices are always fair compared to any other auto shop. I highly recommend Alex auto for all of your car repairs!
