Stands The Test of Time
Paul at Echo HVAC has been keeping us warm and/or cool for many years. The company has always responded promptly when we needed them. They are trustworthy & dependable. We wouldn't want any other firm to handle these matters for us. When our a/c unit "died" this past July we called Paul & made arrangements for his firm to replace our heating & air system with a combined unit to be located outside. Paul arrived as scheduled & spent the day getting the system installed & running to keep the house cool. Plans were made for his return the next day to set up the connections for the furnace to the propane source & to install the drain tube. As always, Paul completed the job & left no...
I know a little bit about a little bit but not much about HVAC. My upstairs AC just went out on the hottest day of the year so far. I knew to check the coil to see if it was frozen and it wasn't. I also replaced the capacitor which is a know culprit on old condensers. I called Cooltech Saturday at 6:00 pm and they had a tech call me back. We talked for a few minutes and he told me to try something before having him come out. It worked!! Thank you Cooltech and you will get the call when I replace all three of the ancient condensers and units which cannot keep up with GA summers.
Great service in time of need
They installed our HVAC system in our new home several years ago and it has worked so well with constant temperatures throughout our home, summer and winter. On a very hot evening recently, our AC malfunctioned and we called them the next morning. They were out to check our system on the same day, and had us up and running in a very short time. The price was very reasonable and they were very professional. We are very happy to recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.

Cheshire, on the other hand, listened to our priorities and inspected our home. He then educated us on what we needed (which wasnÂt quite the same as what we thought we needed). Our budget was tight. Cheshire explained where we could save some money as well as why we should spend a little extra in other...
